Interacting with the staff was occasionally difficult, because of my lack of French and their lack of English, we generally worked it out. The pile of junk in front of the neighbor's. There were no chairs or tables in the room. The in-room coffee was very good, but not complimentary, it was a little surprising when the charge appeared on the bill. It was off-season and that may have been why the bar closed at 10pm. Beach towels were not provided but were available for purchase at 45 euros.
Summary: it was a lovely little hotel that was a touch too European for an old jaded American.
Very friendly staff, very nice location on the beach, the neighbor's dogs, the food was quite good. Learning how to shower in new ways, one must only use the water when needed.
