This was my 2nd time at this hotel. The first time was with my companion and I was determined to return with the children for their Easter break. We stayed an entire week and had a very pleasant experience. Great service from the front desk, waiters, and tour service desk. All the staff we encountered daily were friendly and everyone made our stay quite pleasant. Special thanks to M Bruno in the restaurant "le Nautile" and M Richard in the pizzeria who were fantastic with the children and made all our dining experience memorable.

чудесный отель: красивый сад, уютные номера, вкусная еда, можно выбрать из 2-х ресторанов или поесть пиццу у бассейна. ну очень приветливый персонал... экскурсионное "бюро" на территории, каждый вечер играют новые музыканты. на пляже, рядом, много дайвцентров. уезжать не хотелось!!! Wi-fi практически не работал. тренажёрный зал разочаровал- мало тренажёров, а те, что есть в плохом состоянии. массаж слабоват. нет меню на английском языке. но плюсы пересиливают!

La gentillesse du personnel, la climatisation L'arnaque du tarif lors de notre réservation sur votre site, nous avions réservé une suite familiale (familiale= enfants) ,au moment du paiement il nous a été facturé 80e de plus par jour pour les 2lits des enfants, alors que nous avions bien précisé lors de notre réservation que nous avions 2enfants! De plus le prix de cet hotel n'ai pas justifié par rapport a d'autres hotels, sur la meme plage, préstations équivalentes et surtout le cout de la vie a Mada. Grosse déception et grosse arnaque, nous avons d'ailleurs fini nos vacances dans un autre établissement.

on dirait un peu un mini "Hilton Maurice", très propre, service discret et efficace, personnel trés bien formé. Un lieu bien agréable et sûrement le meilleur hôtel sur Ambatoloaka même. Excellent choix sur cette partie de l'île. La vue mer est toute relative. A savoir. Mais pas rédhibitoire dès lors qu'on le sait (c'est plus une vue sur la piscine).

Venant de la Réunion nous avons séjournés dans cet hotel au mois de décembre, nous recommendons cet établissement de qualité, le personnel est attentionné, les chambres et la litterie de très bonne qualité, des excutions personnalisées spendides, deux restaurants sont proposés un gastronomique à thème animé avec des plats étonnants surtout pour le contexte "Madagascar" proposant une cave à vin de grande qualité, et un type pizzeria ouvert du matin au soir, de superbes et différentes excutions sont proposées chaque jour afin de ne rien "rater" de cette magnifique région, de l'acueil à l'aéroport jusqu'au départ tout à été parfait, meme la délicatesse de proposer une superbe soirée coktail offerte par la direction. Of. Rien.

Пожалуй это лучший отель на этом пляже. Очень приветливый персонал. Отсутствует описание услуг, предоставляемых отелем в номере (ресторанов, баров, СПА центра) на английском языке.

Un style plaisant,beaucoup d'attention,une position parfaite,une "carte" recherchée et une animation très personnalisée compte tenu du faible nombre de chambres occupées lors de notre séjour.Grand sentiment de sécurité.A Conseiller 2 détails: le bac de douche a fait son temps (ch 115)nous l'avons signalé. Le sèche serviette de plage (déposé)n'a pas été remis en place...

L'accueil et le service, le calme de l'hotel et le restaurant, la plage juste devant l hotel avec une vue imprenable. Ily a une garde d'enfant très pratique pour ma petite fille de 10 mois. Les prix exhorbitants des excursions par rapport a d'autres prestataires. Le snack près de la piscine etait moyen alors que c'etait aussi cher que dans l'autre restaurant! Petit detail l'eau de la piscine est trop chlorée et fait mal aux yeux.
