In general in this capital: As soon you walk at the streets you have to be aware of pickpockets especially at the market. But for the rest Madagascar is very safe.

Staff were lovely and spoke English. The rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable. We stayed here twice and were happy both times.

It was a little noisy at times.

Limited meals - no restaurant but they do order in from a variety of restaurants. The streets of Antananarivo are not safe at night for tourists so effectively you are confined to the hotel.

Clean, good standard, Internet access

Poor Malagasy people sleeping on the pavement in front of the hotel. Also this is rather dangerous area.

The central location to the city centre. Within walking distance to a nice selection of eating places, tourism booking offices, city attractions and banking facilities. Quality facilities at very reasonable prices. the staff also proved very helpful and friendly.

The only negative was the lack of a restaurant within the motel. This was only a minor issue, but would have been great after a long day of travelling.

The hotel is beautiful, very discreet. I have lived in Antananarivo for a year and had never heard of it. I booked it when I discovered it so close to where I was living. Rooms are wonderful, with flat tv, Air Conditioner (that I did not need to use as the it was cold), fridge. Toiletries are provided for free (kudos for the alcohol based hand sanitizer). Hotel is very safe, discreet and rooms are sound proof. I have had migraine during my stay and really appreciated the dark curtains as the light did not help...

The room room can be very dark despite the 3 lamps that are left on at almost all times; There is no restaurant, but they buy from nearby restaurants and charge 15% more... You may want to consider going down the hotel yourself. During week-ends, there may be a bit of noise due to the nearby dancing (nothing really bad, though); An alarm was going off every night between midnight and 3 and was very loud...

Comfortable place

Another excellent stay at Tana Hotel. It is centrally located, has helpful staff and the room is comfortable and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again.

There is no restaurant on-site, however just across the street (diagonally) there is a reasonable and inexpensive restaurant

It was located within easy reach of the Place de I'Independence which made the city of Tana easily accessible. Around it was situated lots of other higher end hotels with spa facilities and restaurants. The room had a very comfortable bed and good showering facilites up two flights of stairs (but no lift).

The hotel is very good located, the rooms are big, very clean, good comfort, great design,bathroom excellent, the stuff very helpful and nice, breakfast good. Wlan is free. I can recommend the hotel very well and would stay again there!

Chambre trop petite pour un 3 étoiles .moquette de la chambre vétuste .le grand lit n'est pas confortable ( 2 petits matelas mal ajustés .) le buffet du petit déjeuner n'est pas bien fourni ...

Le TANA Hotel est un établissement qui surpasse certains établissement du Groupe ACCOR en Afrique que je sillonne. C'est un hôtel entretenu, le personnel est souriant, à l'écoute du client. On se sent en sécurité, à l'aise. Pour mon premier séjour à Madagascar, j'ai été étonné de cette qualité, surtout lorsque l'on voit l'état de la Capitale et de la corruption omniprésente. Vous pouvez laisser sans problème vos affaires dans la chambre tellement le personnel est de confiance. Je pars à Abidjan en fin de semaine et je sais que je n'aurai cette qualité que si je vais dans l'hôtel le plus cher d'Abidjan le TIAMA.

Un problème de bruit existe avec une boîte de nuit qui ne respecte plus le "son". La Direction s'est plainte plusieurs fois auprès des propriétaires. Etant à la chambre 201, cela ne m'a pas empêché de dormir malgré mon sommeil léger.Cet hôtel serait remarquable si un restaurant existait

Ein kleines, aber sehr gepflegtes Hotel in der Haupstadt von Madagascar. Gut gelegen und sehr sauber. Ein Juvel für Antananarivo.

Service très souriant et belles chambres. Bien situé pour visiter la ville.

飛行機の乗り継ぎのための宿泊でしたが、気持ちよく過ごせました。

夜出歩くのが怖い町なので、ホテル内にレストランがあると助かります。

L'ensemble des services. Le petit déjeuner est excellent; la situation en centre-ville est parfaite.
