Das Hotel ist direkt am See gelegen, es bietet einen tollen Ausblick von dem Balkon. Es besteht die Möglichkeit direkt am See zu frühstücken , Kaffee zu trinken oder zu Abend zu essen. In der Zimmerbeschreibung sind die Deluxe Double Room's inklusive Jacuzzi beschrieben. Die Deluxe Double Room's verfügen jedoch über keine Jacuzzi. In dem Hotel war es gerade zu den Abendstunden sehr laut. Bei Ankunft war die Minibar nicht befüllt, diese wurde erst auf Nachfrage mit Getränken gefüllt, die noch gekühlt werden mussten. |

sehr gute Lage, leider in der Nacht gelegentlich laut - für unsere Rundreise,war dieses Hotel sehr geeignet und angenehm Badezimmer könnte besser gereinigt werden - sind aber in diesem Bereich sehr anspruchsvoll |

Freundliche, englisch sprechendes Personal an der Rezeption und im Bereich der Gastronomie. Angenehme Lage am Ohrid -See. Nur die Strandpromenade ist zu überqueren und sie sind am Seeufer. |

Die Lage unmittelbar am Hafen und Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren groß, große Auswahl beim Frühstücksbüffet. Die Fenster waren nicht einfach zu öffnen, da die Vorhänge über Kreuz in den Ringen befestigt waren. Die Raff-Rollos im Einzelzimmer waren überhaupt nicht hoch zu ziehen. |

Die unmittelbare Lage am Wasser und die direkte Anbindung an die Altstadt von Ohrid. Sehr großes Zimmer. Im Hotel war es zu laut. Das Treppenhaus ist überhaupt nicht schallgedämmt. Keine Trennung zur Gaststube. Sanitäre Einrichtung nicht sauber. |

location is just perfect, staff is very friendly hotel restaurant charges fantasy prices for water and wine; was in top floor, windows were very small, had to bend down or go to the terrace to look out; walls are very thin, could hear every sound from the street, or from the neighbours |

The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The view from the room was perfect, as it overlooked the lake. The food was well cooked, wonderful coffee was available, and we often lunched in the restaurant as well. The air conditioning was terrible on the top floor. It could not cool the apartment down at all. The wireless internet didn't work, either. I wouldn't really rate the hotel as four star, it's closer to three stars |

spending time with the staff .. they all great and now my friend and i have become good friends and will definately keep in touch they need a hairdryer in the rooms, and get the towels changed daily and toilet paper daily |

Good view. Kind staff. Too much noise, there is nothing to do because the hotel is very closed to night clubs. The room smells bad. It should be more clean. |

Excellent location & view to the lake - kind personnel - generous breakfast No elevetor for 3 floors. Broken curtains in the room.Balkony has to be cleaned, at least since the era of Tito. |

It was well situated on the lake side and ideal for visiting the old town. Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and well maintained and I had a very nice room overlooking the lake Not a great choice of dishes in the restaurant. |

Convienently located next to shops, restaurants and night clubs. Free parking and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, but bathroom substandard. The hotel room was hot. It was the end of May and the temperature outside was hot. Unfortunately, it wasn't the "season" for air conditioning and they refused to turn on the air conditioner. We had to sleep with our windows open and there were people walking by the hotel and making noise into the early hours of the morning. The mattress was very uncomfortable. |

Thew balcony view is perfect. I had difficulties sleeping during the night because of the loud music from the restaurant downstairs. |

The scenery from the hotel is very beautiful. The location is excellent in Ohrid. The breakfast is quiet good compare with the previous hotel I stayed in Skopje. If I really have to say something about dislike, probably the parking. But the hotel staff is really helpful and try to find a place for us to park. |
