Personalen var hjälpsam och gjorde sitt yttersta för att repara de misstag med att vi inte fått det vi bokat. Frukostbuffén var bättre än väntat. Läget är suveränt Vi åkte två väninnor och ville inte gärna dela säng, men där finns inte enkelsängar utan enbart dubbelsängar. Trots flera kontakter med hotellet om att vi önskade varsitt täcke och att de även utlovat det fanns det inte vid ankomst. Vi hade bokat sjöutsikt, men fick rum mot staden. Detta bytte man och vi fick sidoutsikt mot sjön. |

location is just perfect, staff is very friendly hotel restaurant charges fantasy prices for water and wine; was in top floor, windows were very small, had to bend down or go to the terrace to look out; walls are very thin, could hear every sound from the street, or from the neighbours |

The staff were very helpful, friendly and kind. The view from the room was perfect, as it overlooked the lake. The food was well cooked, wonderful coffee was available, and we often lunched in the restaurant as well. The air conditioning was terrible on the top floor. It could not cool the apartment down at all. The wireless internet didn't work, either. I wouldn't really rate the hotel as four star, it's closer to three stars |

spending time with the staff .. they all great and now my friend and i have become good friends and will definately keep in touch they need a hairdryer in the rooms, and get the towels changed daily and toilet paper daily |

Good view. Kind staff. Too much noise, there is nothing to do because the hotel is very closed to night clubs. The room smells bad. It should be more clean. |

Excellent location & view to the lake - kind personnel - generous breakfast No elevetor for 3 floors. Broken curtains in the room.Balkony has to be cleaned, at least since the era of Tito. |

It was well situated on the lake side and ideal for visiting the old town. Staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and well maintained and I had a very nice room overlooking the lake Not a great choice of dishes in the restaurant. |

Beautiful spot, on the lakeside, lake view, nice and big room, free wireless connection, small but free parking lot, efficient staff, good breakfast, value for money big and clean but a bit ''cheap'' bathroom- a good plumber, more towels and less slippery floor would do... |

Convienently located next to shops, restaurants and night clubs. Free parking and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, but bathroom substandard. The hotel room was hot. It was the end of May and the temperature outside was hot. Unfortunately, it wasn't the "season" for air conditioning and they refused to turn on the air conditioner. We had to sleep with our windows open and there were people walking by the hotel and making noise into the early hours of the morning. The mattress was very uncomfortable. |

Thew balcony view is perfect. I had difficulties sleeping during the night because of the loud music from the restaurant downstairs. |

The scenery from the hotel is very beautiful. The location is excellent in Ohrid. The breakfast is quiet good compare with the previous hotel I stayed in Skopje. If I really have to say something about dislike, probably the parking. But the hotel staff is really helpful and try to find a place for us to park. |

Hotel Aleksandrija has an amazing location right on lake Ohrid and very close to the city center, pubs, restaurants, etc. I would recommend grabbing the rooms with the lake view, absolutely wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also one of the best that I've had. Overall, excellent value for your money. |

I was very impressed with the reception I received. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort and pleasure at the Hotel. It is located centrally and easy to walk about from this location. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. no elevator, but not a big deal, only three floors. Noise could be an issue in the summer months. |
