Watchout for the restaurant staff who will give you a menu and after you have eaten claim its not the correct price for the meal, therefore try and over charge you.

It's worth to the last penny... It's not a 5 stars hotel do not expect much... But, staff are helpful, room is clean and location is perfect... Waiters in Restaurant are also super and helpful... Listen their recommendation before you order... Do not leave without eating Pizza in the Restaurant...

Superb location near bars and restaurants and just round the corner from the main square. Staff were really helpful. Room was modern and clean. Excellent value.

If you aren't planning on being out late there is noise and loud music from the bars outside until 1am. If you're in them this isn't a problem though!

The location was perfect, just near the stone bridge. Also the hotel manager Denis was very helpful from every aspect.

Central location with river views. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The guesthouse is associated with the restaurant downstairs and you get a discount on food and drink if you are staying at the guesthouse and can produce our key to the waiter. Staff are very friendly and I was able to check in at 04:30am.

The wireless is fine to use if here aren't many people in the restaurant downstairs but as the restaurant fills up and more people start using the wireless network the routers can't cope and the connection keeps dropping out. There is a separate wireless network for the guesthouse but this didn't work in my room so I had to use the one for he restaurant. You have to go into the restaurant to check in and out and if you want any advise, or have any questions or problems. I prefer to have a dedicated front desk for the guesthouse so you don't have to walk through the restaurant and have everyone who are eating stare at you. The shower is DANGEROUS! I scolded myself the first day as it fluctuates between hot and cold without you altering the temperature. Be careful! The room was a bit sparse. There was no desk or chest of drawers, only a bed, bedside table and wardrobe.

The rooms are wery nice an clean an all staf is very friendly. The hotel is on the beat location in Skopje I hily recomendat.

The Staff were amazing. They couldn't have done anything more to make our stay better.

It is located in an ideal part of the town, for people interested in shopping, city tour and business. Also the restaurant and food are great.

Well it is difficult to find a cheap parking place around, but that is I guess what you expect in the center of the city :)

Friendly hotel staff. Clean rooms. Located in the absolute ceter of the toun. Nearby central squire and shoping center, at the bank of river Vardar.

Missing car-parking. Noise in the night, coming from neibour restorants and bars. Dirty river-bank.

Location is good. It is very close to main square and hotel has Vardar view.

Breakfast could be an open buffet. There is no loby. You have a room in another block and a restaurant is 2 min away where staffs spent their time. It is not a building that contains all together.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times. Our waiter, Bobby, couldn't have been more attentive.Meals are delicious and very cheap. Our manager, Deniz, took us to Lake Ohrid for the day.It was worth every penny of the trip. He also helped us with our return journey to book on line.

Centrally-located on the river Vardar, it's very reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and competent. The cafe/restaurant is very popular with the locals (see the number of check-ins on Facebook) and the portions are very generous.

The hotel is located in the city center, 50 feet from the famous bridge and statute of Alexander, 5 mins walk to the old town bazaar, and right on the banks across from the new government building. Great price for the room.

Room #1 was directly above the Anja restaurant which meant you would hear the music till it closed at 1am and no sleep. Furthermore, there was some sort of generator in the restaurant that hummed very loud and made it virtually impossible to sleep until it was shut off at 1am each night (930pm on Sunday). The room was a little dirty, and very cold. The hotel runs sort of like a hostel, so keep this in mind when you arrive and check in at the restaurant or if you have any concerns during your stay as staff are difficult to locate. Yes, checkout is annoying also because you have to walk around the restaurant trying to find someone involved in hotel. The rooms are all on the 2nd floor and the main entrance to these rooms did not appear very secure, the door handle itself appeared to have been recently pried and had not yet been repaired. This entrance is also connected to the shopping mall, so not secure and accessible to anyone. I was forced to leave a day early because i needed to get sleep.

Staff members were very friendly and helpfull, at our arrival we were greeted with complemantry drink and big smile. Location of the guesthouse couldnt be more central. Room was comfortable and clean. Skopje is a great place to visit and still not expensive.
