The location is great because it's in the old city (cobblestone streets, vendors, the market, etc.) and it's next to the city's old fortress. It's also pretty quiet around there at night. The pool did not look very inviting, not something I really wanted to try. |

I appreciate the effort of your staff but cannot understand why 4/5 star hotel have such odour in the room and especially bathroom. This is the main reason why I would not like to come to this hotel again. |

THe old town in which it was situated was pretty, but I wouldn't want to come back to te hotel too late at night. |

The rooms were extremely cold and no extra heating has been provided. The swimming pool is in the restaurant and can not be used and the water was 8 degrees (C) maximum. In the sauna space exluding the sauna itself the temperature was not more than 10 degrees (C) |

At the heart of the historical center of Skopje. The variety of the open buffet breakfast is good. The staff are helpfull. The hotel entrance is not suitable for handicaped people. |

zwembad in restaurant. men kon er niet lunchen of dineren. het was niet makkelijk om bij het hotel te komen. lag verscholen tussen straatjes. |

Warm and interested staff. They should change carpets in the rooms. And bring slipper to rooms, it's not expensive! Just only 0,5 Euro. |

nada Lugar ruidoso. A mi llegada al hotel +- 12 de la noche había movimientos raros con prostitutas, con lo qual no te sientes comodo ni seguro. No creo que sea un hotel de 5 estrellas no llega ni a 3. Estoy muy descontenta con esta elección y no recomiendo a nadie la estancia en este hotel. |
