The general condition of Hotel Arka in Skopje was excellent. Transportation to and from the hotel was very good. The staff was very competent. The cleanliness of the restaurant was found to be an absolute plus. The amenities and the furnishings in the room of Hotel Arka were excellent - room 514 ist perfect. Perfect location! |

We were satisfied with the breakfasts. Also the location of the hotel was good to walk around both of the old and new city centers. There was no restaurant altough it was a 5 star hotel. The restaurant (hotel personal said it was a restaurant(!)) was only serving drinks in the evenings.Every time we get hungry we had to go out and tried to find a place to eat. |

The view is excellent, the location is very good, personnel very kind, size of the room appropriate. The approach to the reception is very bad (stairs), no concierge, the pool is very small and water very cold. |

The reception staff would need a charm course, the air condition in our room where basically not working +30 in the room, the swimming pool out of order, the temporally breakfast room was horrible as well all the food and the fancy remote control for illumination in the room was rubbish. Too expensive for a crap hotel. |

The location is great because it's in the old city (cobblestone streets, vendors, the market, etc.) and it's next to the city's old fortress. It's also pretty quiet around there at night. The pool did not look very inviting, not something I really wanted to try. |

I appreciate the effort of your staff but cannot understand why 4/5 star hotel have such odour in the room and especially bathroom. This is the main reason why I would not like to come to this hotel again. |

THe old town in which it was situated was pretty, but I wouldn't want to come back to te hotel too late at night. |

The rooms were extremely cold and no extra heating has been provided. The swimming pool is in the restaurant and can not be used and the water was 8 degrees (C) maximum. In the sauna space exluding the sauna itself the temperature was not more than 10 degrees (C) |

on m'a attribué une "suite junior" (à la place d'une club) qui est très spacieuse et lumineuse il n'y a pas de prise au niveau du bureau, il a fallu déplacer le bureau de 3, 4 metres....la propreté de la chambre est discutable . le room service de ce "5" étoiles ne propose que des sandwichs froids. |

zwembad in restaurant. men kon er niet lunchen of dineren. het was niet makkelijk om bij het hotel te komen. lag verscholen tussen straatjes. |

Warm and interested staff. They should change carpets in the rooms. And bring slipper to rooms, it's not expensive! Just only 0,5 Euro. |
