Price was cheap but still not appropriate for such type of hotel. I was placed in the building on the other side of the road where I had no internet and there was just a slight door separating me from other room so I could here everything from neighbors. The room was not clean. And I was shoked when noticed that somebody has used my comb....

Large rooms, value for money, helpful and kind hotel staff. The location is a bit remote. It takes 30 minutes walking to the main square, or 2,5 Euro by taxi. The location is, however just under the mountain of Vodno, so you can relax in the evenings. There aren't many

The staff were very responsive to my travel needs, allowing me to check in early and assisting with getting reliable cab service. My room could have been cleaner. It seemed that it was difficult to find, I had difficulty finding a cab that knew where the hotel was located.

It has been very tough to find my way to the hotel, mainly due to lack of signage. There has been only one road sign just 200m before the hotel!

Personnel très aimable et parlant bien anglais. chambre propre et spacieuse. Petit dejeuner très correct. Bon rapport qualité prix. La situation dans un quartier éloigné du centre ville ce qui oblige à choisir entre 30 minutes de marche ou recourir à un taxi qui est toutefois très bon marché. La confusion sur le nom et l'adresse de l'hôtel. L'hôtel "Boutique Imperial" se nomme en fait "Imperial hotel" et est situé au n° 24 et non au n° 41 qui correspond à un domicile particulier.

“Very friendly hotel which is run by and situated above a good, popular restaurant in the heart of the city by the old bridge. The hotel arranged a good value pick up from the airport which was great, and the room was modern, comfortable and clean with a sparkling but compact bathroom.
