Staff spoke good english and since the hotel was not too busy I was upgraded for free to a bigger room with spa. A taxi to the Center of Skopje is around 2-3 Euro. |

It was a good location, clean and the room was very large - the best hotel we stayed in Macedonia. Also, the staff were very nice. It is not too far from the city centre which as good, although it is a 20 minute walk so maybe not for the elderly or the lazy. Some juice with breakfast would be nice, but this is very minor. We really did enjoy staying here! |

Quite good hotel if you going to stay one night. The price is little bit high. It’s really 3 star hotel. Hotel based far from city center on the hill (no problems if you have a car). Dificult to find. |

We arrived late after a long drive, and the girl at reception greeted us courteously and made us welcome. Our room was not in the main part of the hotel, but ion an annex across the road, but we could park immediately outside it within the annex grounds - an advantage compared to the restricted parking at the main hotel. We had great service in the morning at breakfast - excellent coffee. The directions to the hotel as given on the hotel website are not sufficient for someone who does not know Skopje, or who does not have a city map. Fortunately we know Skopje sufficiently to work out the general direction, and then asked at a store which happened to be about 500m away. |

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en doet al het mogelijke om aan uw wensen te voldoen. Verzorgt ontbijt. Ruime verzorgde kamers. Het hotel ligt buiten de stad vervoer is dus noodzakelijk (taxi of huurauto) |

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel assez lent et peu qualifié. Pas de Wi-fi dans les chambres contrairement à ce qui est annoncé sur votre site. |

Rezervasyonumuz gec saatte yapılmıstı. Otele saat 24.00'e dogru ulastık. 2 Kişilik odada 1 takım havlu vardı. Klimanın kumandası yoktu. Banyo elektrikli sofbenle ısınıyordu. Rezervasyon otele ulastıgında sofben calıstırılmalıç sıcak su hazır edilmeliydi. Ertesi gun resepsiyon görevlisine eleştirileri ilettiğimizde gayet pişkiç ''Telefon etseydiniz' cevabbını verdi. Otel için düsüncem 100'de yüz olumsuzdur. |

Czystość i wielkość pokoju. Były lepsze warunki, niż podane w sytemie "booking". Dotyczy to jenak hotelu "Imperial", tylko rezerwacja była w "Butique Imperial". Zmiana niezrozumiała, ale miła. Zarezerwowałem pokoje w hotelu "Butique Imperial", który nie isnieje, a przynajmniej nikt nie umiał powiedzieć, gdzie on jest. Mieszkałem w hotelu "Imperial". Tam też była zrobiona rezerwacja przez sytem. Nic z tego nie rozumiem. Nie mogłem też zapłacić kartą VISA, której zwykle używam podczas rezerwacji i płacenia. Z kartą wszystko jest w porządku. |
