Great location, comfortable room. Reasonable breakfast.

The staff was excelent, the hotel is great, new and modern and in the middle of the city mall.

The location is good & close to center. It is a good choose for one day trip. Nothing more...

The door key card does not works, the hot water is not frequent in the bathroom.

The location is excellent. You are a stone throw away from the main square. In our room we could even see Alexander the Great. It is very quiet in spite of being in a mall.

The room was extremely warm and the termostate did not work properly. We were told that the heating system is interconnected so basically you depend on how your neighbors like the temperature of the air. We almost lost our passports because the staff on the day of departure did not know where her coallegues had left them.

We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful and willing to give information. The location is excellent, very handy to the sites and only a 15 minute walk to the bus station. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with good wi-fi. All in all, a very welcoming place.

One recommendation is that it would be useful to have some brochures and maps about Skopje and Macedonia available at reception.

During my stay there was fire on the floor below us, we were running out of the hotel ....there was no security stuff, I was lucky that I was awake at 6.00 in the morning

That it was in the city central with amaizing rooms and great staff.

There isn't anything I didn't like.

I found a girl from the reception using bathroom in my room!!! Rooms were too warm - it was not possible to regulate temperature in the room. We were told that the heating will be turned off from 23h – 6h, which was true, but the noise of ventilators did not stop even when the heating was off. The hotel is placed in the midle of shopping mall and it was very difficult to find it. The breakfast bar was very poor - even for a cheap hotel In general the staff was friendly but not too competent

It's on the second floor of a shopping mall. It doesn't look like a hotel from the outside . The rooms are big and well furnished. Location is great, just a few steps away from Macedonian Square

It,s difficult to find. Nobody knows although it's right in the center of Skopje.

Well located within a commercial area, near the heart of Skopje (downtown).

The plumbing seems not so adequate, needs to be refurbished. But the washbassin is efficient and the Jacuzzi is so relaxant.

The internet worked.

The air conditioning was broken, it was 30+ and the bed linen was some cheap synthetic material; didn't get much sleep. The credit card machine was broken (as it was last time I stayed here) so I had to go on a walk of shame to get cash out to pay for the stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, rooms were freshly renovated and clean.

Most of the time the hot water was just warm enough to take a quick shower. In the apartment there was no A/C in the bedroom only in the living room.

Very good location,new,clean and large rooms,good breakfast. Try one floor below located Ristorante Gino,reasonable prices.

Taxi drivers don't know the address.ask to the hotel for picking up from the airport.taxi cost is fix and 20 euro.

The parking can not be charged on the room and you need to pick up cash fopr the garage as cards can not be used for paying. In the room there were 3 free sockets: One next to the shoe tray, behing the fridge and the thired one was 30 cm from the cealing...

Colazione servita tardi, non fanno la fattura ai clienti ma solo una ricevuta generica.

Fiyatlara kahvalta dahil yazıyorlar fakat ortada kahvaltı diye bir şey yok.

Lokacija je odlucna u samom centru grada a opet imate mir u sobama, za poslovni put fantasticno kao i za ljude koji vole soping i nocni zivot jer ste u srcu desavanja (nocni zivot u Skoplju je fantastican, ali spremite se za ostajanje do ranih jutarnjih sati, jer ce vam biti krivo da odete ranije :) ) Osoblje preljubazno i uvek spremno da pomogne (24h).

Lo staff è stato veramente gentile. L'albergo si trova proprio sulla piazza centrale e la camera era pulita e carina.

La colazione era decisamente scarsa e di qualità migliorabile.
