Location: close to amenities and most of the attractions in city. Rooms look a bit old. There was a smell in al room. Smell such as humidity or carpet smell. Breakfast wasn't very good. For example, it didn't include any local specialities such as burek. The restaurant was cold.

Das Hotel liegt zentral und hat alles, was man für einen Städteaufenthalt benötigt. Das Hotel war uns allerdings zu groß und weitläufig. Es eignet sich wohl eher als Kongresshotel.

Hotel je sasvim OK. Sobe su bile veoma čiste i sređene. Internet je bio VEOMA ODLIČAN, za svaku pohvalu!!! Doručak je bio švedski sto sa prilično dobrom ponudom jela i pića. Čini mi se da bi hotelu ove ili sledeće godine trebalo renoviranje soba, s obzirom na cenu noćenja.

Cleanliness and condition of the room and its facilities. New and well maintained. Very long staircase to first floor, lift not available on ground floor.

Super Frühstück, phantastische Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Obwohl inzwischen Nichtraucherhotel, riechen einige Zimmer immer noch nach. Kein Lift direkt vom Erdgeschoß aus, sondern erst vom 1. Stock.

location I checked out at 8:30am and the front desk staff said I had to wait for a colleague for 10 minutes. I had to catch bus to Ohrid so couldn't wait. In the end I had to pay cash without getting a receipt as staff didn't know what to do ( had to call colleague on the phone) and I couldn't wait! Please train ALL your staff on check out procedures!

The location is excellent, in the middle of the busy shopping street. The breakfast was varied and the coffee was good! Pool facilities were great. Good value by British standards but expensive by Macedonian standards. Very helpful desk staff. Rooms were dated and small. Our waiter at the hotel restaurant was rude.

Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff are nice and helpful, food in the restaurant is good. WiFi did not work well in the room. Breakfast is lame.

My room was a bit small, but quiet as I had asked for, and comfortable. Parking on site free of charge. Very good restaurant.

Worst hotel ever ! Stuff, the pictures of the rooms are 10 years old.. the rooms are so poor specialy the bed and the toilet.
