At check-in, I was told that the elevator was out of order, so I had to haul luggage upstairs instead. Then, the refrigerator in the room did not work. I was informed that the restaurant was not open, and that I would have to move the car to the "provided" parking in the garage after awhile, since it was not available at the time. Based on these reasons, I made an excuse to the receptionist about an emergency and left, even though I still had to pay, (seven day cancellation policy, which I understood). It is not a property I would recommend, and I travel quite a lot.
The receptionist seemed to really care about my concerns, but was not able to do anything about them. I did not stay here.
