We zijn zeer tevreden: de klantvriendelijkheid is hoog. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar voldoende uitgebreid. De kamers zijn zeker OK. De douche zou iets beter uitgerust kunnen zijn maar was toch voldoende. Vooral het goede contact met het personeel viel op. |

Prima hotel, mooie kamer. Het hotel bleek erg moeilijk te vinden. Niemand kende de straat. Uiteindelijk ben ik achter een taxi aan gereden om het te vinden. Het hotel ligt niet echt op loopafstand van het centrum. Dat is echter goed op te vangen met taxi's, die ruim voorhanden en goedkoop zijn. |

De eerste stap die we binnen zetten gaf een thuis gevoel. Een klein mooi hotelletje. Waar het personeel er alles aan deed om aan je wensen te voldoen en het naar je zin te maken. Na een week had je het gevoel dat je vrienden was.Ook het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Er was werkelijk niks waar iets op aan te merken was.Zeker een aanrader. |

Clean and colorful hotel in quite area within walking distance from city centre. Rooms with wifi and back garden. Breakfast very good. Hotel does not have restaurant and no restaurants close by. |

A REALLY good stay. Nice rooms with good sound insulation, good bed, good blankets, good closet space, good cleaning, lovely breakfast, polite and very helpful staff. A "hook" / bracket on the wall for the handheld shower would be nice. |

Nice clean room, friendly atmosphere, good equipped, WLAN for free and with good signal, with a 10minutes walk the center is not far away. Not so easy to find (without GPS). |

The rooms (we stayed in two different rooms over two separate bookings) were very clean - the breakfasts were enough to start the day (cheese/ham/bread eggs etc, etc). Whilst not in the city centre area of Skopje taxis are very very cheap if you do not want to walk into the centre (takes about 10-15 minutes) but it makes for a really peacfull location. The hotel also ofered to store our main luggage whilst we had a side trip to Lake Ohrid which was appreciated. The only thing that I did not like was the small charge made for the in room tea/coffee. |

The hotel is modern, the hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a convienient location, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the centre. It is a bit difficult to find the hotel. At the end of the highway to Skopje we just ask a taxi driver to lead us to the hotel. It was a good idea and for about 5 km we paid just 3 EUR. |

Staff were extremely helpful yet unobtrusive. Everything and everywhere was cleaned and changed daily. Breakfast was adequate and well presented. A/c worked really well Thought that the tea and coffee could have been complimentary. Bedrooms were a bit dark maybe better lighting would help |

Lovely building, nice and helpful staff, great rooms with access to a nice little garden. It is a 15 minutes walk to the city centre, and very easy to find once you know where it is. The staff will be happy to arrange airport taxi transfer at a low price for you. |

The room was clean, the staff was really friendly and it was worth the money i paid for it. people staying in the other rooms made a lot of noise, but this has nth to do with the hotel. I didn't like much the bathroom. it was small and it smell bad. |

Helpfull staff and being a small hotel. Free wireless internet too is an advantage. Bathroom too small, paint peeling off the ceiling, tv sets too small and outdated, breakfast too simple. Definitely the hotel should leave out the term luxury from their web pages. Otherwise fair for the 3 star hotel. |

The hotel is well located for those wishing to conduct business in Skopje being well located away from the main hustle of the City. Staff are friendly and the hotel appears well run. Room and reception area are clean and of a reasonable size. Breakfast is adequate and you can help yourself. The hotel is ideal if you are on business and only want breakfast and then are out for the day working. The only changes would be that the shower head should be attacxhed to the wall and not left loose. Tea and coffee making facilities would also be an advantage. |

The location is very good, the hotel is the nice Vodno residential area and at the same time just 15 minutes walk away from the city center. The Rooms are comfortable, clean, furniture and equipment are new and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fully ok, there is a safe monitored parking place in front. The hotel has nice small garden which the traveler can enjoy. |

The staff is very helpful and extremely nice. We only stayed one night but we got all the info we needed and more. The hotel is situated in the walking distance of the center of Skopje but it's still very quiet. We highly recommend it. It is a bit of a struggle to find it the first time round - other than that it is rather perfect! |
