The location, the waiter... It was not clean, you can hear others from the others rooms, poor looking, not as described on the webpage... Did not give us fiscal bill...

I liked almost everything with this hotel! The staff is professional, kind and helpful and always gives you a little more then you expect. For example they helped my with my laundry in a very fast and professional way. The room I stayed in was nicely decorated, clean and the bed was good. The location is perfect, close to the city centre, restaurants and beach and still the price is very affordable. I stayed in a single room and I think it was very priceworthy and I would definitely recommend this hotel for business as well as vacation stays! I have nothing to complain about!

The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast prepared fresh for each client was fine. This hotel is good value for money and located a short walk from the lake. Shower was leaking onto bathroom floor but it worked fine - so no big deal. Everything else worked fine.

Very good location, next to lake and bar/restaurant areas. Street was a bit noisy, people passing by all night talking loud.

Zentral und gut gelegen Die Zimmer wurden nicht ein einziges Mal saubergemacht während des ganzen Aufenthalts. Sie entsprachen auch nicht der Beschreibung von booking.com

Kitűnő, barátságos személyzet, családias, jó a konyhája, városközponti közel strand és a korzó! Mi 2011, és 2012-ben is a nyár közepén átutazóban voltunk itt 2 ill. 1 éjszakát (tranzitszállás és ismerkedés a környékkel), az időjárás nagyon kellemes volt,a klíma így nem hiányzott. Mint itt minden ház túlságosan közel vannak egymáshoz, így ez is! Az utca túl zsúfolt, de a parkolást megoldják. Ha nagyon meleg van, lehet, hogy hiányozna a klíma.

Eit nytt og pent hotell med grei resepsjonsservice og med ein overraskande låg pris. Frukosten hadde nok eit visst preg av at dette var eit billeg hotell.

gute Lage in Struga Getränke sehr günstig und gut, auch das Frühstück ist o.k. Freundliche Ober Das Hotel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung bei booking com. Landestypisches Abendessen ist ein Witz. Täglich Pommes mit einer Scheibe Fleisch aus dem Tiefkühlregal. Als ich das Essen stornierte, wurde ich darauf hingewiesen, dass ich trotzdem bezahlen muss. Im Restaurant wird schon zum Frühstück heftig geraucht, Abends ist es nicht besser, auch die Zimmer riechen stark nach Rauch. Zimmerservice, Handtuchwechsel erfolgte erst, als ich darum bat.
