The friendliness of the staff, always polite, spoke excellent English and all without exception helpful. One reason for the hotel booking was because it had wifi, however there was no signal on the fourth floor in my room, I also noticed another guest was having to sit on the stairs to get access.This was annoying, I did nt want to work in the lobby or outside. The breakfast was not as good as it hd been on a previous stay, coffee machine was not working.

The staff was great, made me feel welcome and were very helpful. The location is few hundred meters from city center. The room was nice and clean. Overall i would chose it again and highly recommend it.

I arrived late evening and the reception staff member was very helpful, and cheerful and even carried my case up to my room.. The breakfast staff member was helpful and cheerful and when I checked out was at reception and organised a taxi and insisited on helping me out with my case. I work for a large organization and stay in Skopje regularily and will use and recommend the hotel again. thank you

Fairly cheap. WiFi doesn't work in rooms (only in lobby); no soap in room; pillows too large; walls too thin (kept awake by neighbour snoring).

The eployees are friendly and try to help to customers. Business facilities are so bad, I had need got the printed documents from my e-mail but there wasn't a printer or the employee said me there isn't printer. And I had to try find a internet cafe for this, I tried so much for find a internet cafe by taxi...

Room was ideal for what we needed, atm and wireless internet very handy and good to have bar available late too No problems, small mixup re price when we first arrived but girl on reception was very good sorting it and the staff were very friendly
