I did not like this hotel at all. The only good thing about it is the central location. This is not a 5 start hotel by any objective international standard. The staff is unfriendly, the hotel has a bad smell (like old cooking oil) throughout. The decor is absurdly kitsch, the showers are supposed to be high tech- one would need a training course on how to use them. I stayed at the Stone Bridge for the first and last time. |

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the top floor restaurant had great views over the city. The selection of food at breakfast wasn't great, and the showers were far too technical, and most of the functions didn't seem to work. |

Good location, WiFi and breakfast included in rate, fitness center, swimming pool and sauna (but I didn't have the time to test). Smoking policy: I had booked a non-smoking room but got one with an ash tray, and the smell was in the whole hotel, especially in the restaurant. Music: too loud in the restaurant (even when I asked). |

Convenient location. Comfortable room. Receptionist missleaded constantly. Could not use additional services like sauna, jacuzzi. Turkish bath was not operational. Frustrating to deal with the staff. Finally, we couldn't get what we wanted and the receptionist found all sort of excuses, instead of providing helpful service. Paid additional money for unnecesary Restaurant service. |

the location is great. The rooms are very nice if a bit crowded. The jacuzzi shower is interesting and unusual. Staff was helpful the pool was cold and the jacuzzi was empty...no vitamin bar, Hamam ect. Maybe they close down in the Fall? |

location is primary benefit to the hotel; staff was professional and friendly; food was good too expensive; when arriving in the room I had to request toilet paper and tv remote control; breakfast was good but no coffee one morning because coffee maker was broken and nobody knew how to fix it |

Excellent central location. Room well-maintained and air-conditioning worked well. I enjoyed the choice for breakfast but other guests seemed less happy. Room safe problem - followed instructions but could not change code to my personal number |

Looked by far the best hotel in Skopje. Very spacious. Nervous over slight difficulties with credit card. Maybe more to follow here. Also a few dubious characters hanging around. |
