Il centro benessere praticamente non esiste e nemmeno lo staff in questo centro - la massaggiatrice dopo aver fissato un appuntamento per il giorn dopo perchè il precedente era troppo impegnata (ma non in questo hotel dove nemmeno operava) non si è presentata ed avevo spostato dei meeting per venire incontro alle sue esigenze. Il resto del centro fitness è ridotto a ministanze maleodoranti. In camera l'aria condizionata non funzionava e dopo essere stato riparato il radiocomando a filo che aveva fili scoperti il funzionamento era a tratti. Mancava anche l'apribittoglie che ho dovuto richiedere e per la colazione anche il caffè era un optional extra - chiunque poi venisse ad incontrarmi all'hotel doveva pagare una sorta di pedaggio per entare nel parcheggio dello stesso anche solo per prelevarmi con la vettura - ci sono poi altre piccole mancanze che non mi metto a sottolineare ma ad ogni modo questo è un tre stelle

Room was a little cold and heating difficult to control

Hotel is ok, location excelent, have a parking, near the old bazar and just a 5 minute walking from City Shoping center and center of Skopje.

I don not like to extra pay esspreso on breakfast.

Rooms are too small. Twin beds also too small. Satellite channels are not working good.

this was the worst hotel in macedonia rude staff, dirty rooms, worst service i have ever experienced in a hotel unnesseary room charges for services that were late and not even used. Hotel facilities in unusable state and at an additional cost. this is definitely not a 5 star hotel. Location was in the worst part of city prone to violence at night. Do not stay at this hotel and dont be fooled by the rates.

Check in was quick and simple; they did have my reservation. Staff was responsive when I was locked out of the room's safe, but they did not take the opportunity to fix the burnt out lights in the room. Room had a nice shower/bathroom, although some of the features of the shower did not work. Hotel decor and location was nice.

Price is not in line with the quality of the hotel; it is not worthy of a five star rating. Some of the advertised facilities were not in operation (ie. jucuzzi). Parking is limited and is in a pay for parking spot lot, the fee for which is supposed to be waived when the hotel places a stamp on the ticket. The parking attendant, however, had a different interpretation stating that the hotel does not have an agreement with whoever runs the parking lot; it seemed like an obvious scam. We paid the approximate 4 euro fee due to time constraints even though I would have loved to get the hotel manager and have a little powwow with the attendant. All in all, it is not a bad hotel, but the parking lot incident left me with a bad taste in my mouth and further supported my belief that this was not five star and is way too expensive for what you get. If the hotel can "work out an agreement" with the parking lot, it could probably pass as a 4 star.

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the top floor restaurant had great views over the city.

The selection of food at breakfast wasn't great, and the showers were far too technical, and most of the functions didn't seem to work.

Convenient location. Comfortable room.

Receptionist missleaded constantly. Could not use additional services like sauna, jacuzzi. Turkish bath was not operational. Frustrating to deal with the staff. Finally, we couldn't get what we wanted and the receptionist found all sort of excuses, instead of providing helpful service. Paid additional money for unnecesary Restaurant service.

Location

We prefered this hotel becouse of fitness room,sauna, swimming pool anf jacuzzy but unfortunately the jacuzzy was emty and it took 6 hours to fill it up.
