Rapporto amichevole ma distinto dello staff

Dimensione limitata della stanza, impianto tv limitato, buffet breakfast senza dolci locali

Albergo in ottima posizione, tranquillo e comodo, meno costoso di altri "a standard occidentali". Staff in generale molto cortese e senza problemi con la lingua inglese

Asciugacapelli rotto; Box doccia tenuto male (non chiude bene, incrostazioni); Rumore continuo di acqua che goccia sopra il soffitto del bagno; Chiesto forbici per unghie alla reception, risposta "sì gliele mando subito su in camera", ma in tre giorni non arrivano.

Location was excellent.

Room was extremely dirty. Staff was rude. Does not worth even 3 star.

The Stonebridge Hotel is centrally located in Skopje and everything is within easy walking distance. All of the staff were polite and friendly. The 6th floor restaurant has excellent views across the city and the breakfast was more than adequate.

Everything was fabulous at this hotel, there was the feeling of luxury on entering through the front door, the dining room was beautifully furnished and the location could not be faulted at all. Out the front door it had a coffee shop which was also very pleasant which overlooked the stone bridge and river.

The room we had was quite small however it did not deter from our stay at this lovely hotel. Front desk staff did not quite understand our needs at all times and it would be a nice touch if they had photocopied maps of the surrounding area I.E. with restaurants, historic areas, Turkish bazaar etc marked on it we had to buy a map for Euro 3 and that was pretty hopeless as well.

The location was perfect. Otherwise, it´s an average hotel not 5-star class. However, the staff in the sky bar were really nice!

The staff during check out was unfriendly and rude. The breakfast average. At this moment there are a lot of construction going on in the area next to the hotel.

Hydro massage was broken and water was flooding all the bathroom floor

All went very well. For the right weekend price, I will stay at the Stone Bridge again.

Breakfast was ok. The other restaurant food (dinner) was quite weak, but there are many good restaurants in the area.

As previously experienced at this hotel the staff are very helpful, efficient and reliable. The location is excellent with easy access by foot to the centre of town and in a wonderful setting next to the old bridge.
