Location of the hotel,its near the lakeside You after a quite holiday or an early night forget about it,there is a bar and live music downstairs which banging goes on late into every night plus people walking near the lakeside shouting.First morning the cleaner lady entered our room without even knocking the door,said something in her native language and left.Despite we didnt even know where the minibar was in the room, hotel staff tried to charge us for the minibar drinks when we checking out.We ve asked if there is a carwash nearby,hotel offered to take the car to the wash which we agreed but car got back with a huge side scratch.When we questioned the scratch entire hotel staff turned against us instead of saying sorry.The way hotel owner and the driver were talking like they know everything and everybody else are idiots.They agreed to take the car back to carwash for little polish but scratches were to deep and we didnt get an apology.

I love the location right on the shore of lake ohrid. Its just a short walk to sentrum. The location couldnt be better. The rooms are good and the roomservice also. Its great to order dinner and eat at the balcony with this perfect view. The only bad thing I have to say about the hotel is that the cleaning lady's talk very lound outside the room at 9 in the mourning. At least I like to sleep long in my holidays an this was hopless some days. One day they even argue out lound and made it impossible to sleep.

Najpre dopala mi se lokacija hotela (na samoj obali jezera). Lep hotel za miran odmor. Sobe su dosta velike, komforne, nameštene funkcionalno. Hrana je solidna, osoblje ljubazno. Cene su pristupačne. Soba i kupatilo nisu redovno čišćeni.
