Excellent location at the heart of the old town, only 20-30 meters from the main square. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Very much worth the price. There is good free parking a few steps away.

It is a little bit difficult to find, I had to ask 3-4 people and then one of them called the guy at the apartments who came to pick us up some 500 meters away (he was very polite). I suggest you reach the main square (Magnolija Square) and then ask somebody there, because Villa Viktorija is located in a secondary small street with no signs on it.

fantastic location and great service provided. I would definately stay there again on my next visit.

Large and comfortable bed. Clean and well equipped room. Central position directly on the city square. Staff was very helpful. Good price.

It was in the center of Bitola, clean and nice.

The location was superb, far better than I had realised. A few steps and you are right in the centre. The room is reasonably spacious and there is a good selection of channels on tv if you are interested in that sort of thing. There was also plenty of hot water for showers.

When we arrived it was a bit of a nightmare to check in as the gate was locked and no one was in. We went for lunch and then came back and found the gate open and we managed to check in ok, although we were shown to our room and that was about it. There are three rooms to Viktorija Rooms and what I didnt realise that after being shown to our room that was about it, the owners were never/rarely around after that. We were not given any details of who to contact if there were any problems. The cleanliness was somewhat questionable, quite dirty around the edges. The bathroom stank like something had died in there and I dont really want to think what it would be like in the heat of summer! Do not believe the photos on the website, they have either been airbrushed, taken a few years ago- a few blemishes here and there with paintwork etc. If you want to make a drink then there is a gas canister in the room to make coffee etc if you want it. During our trip it was becoming increasingly clear that the owners were rarely around - we were leaving early the next day so we left a note saying that we would like to pay that evening and collect our passports. Clearly the note was never read and in the end we got another hotel to call the owners so we could sort everything out. Overall the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but is nothing special and there are better alternatives

The place is very close to everything,the guy who was working is very polite and the rooms are big ! for the price that you pay the place is very good!

The only problem that we ve got was that we saw the guy when we checked- in and we saw him again on our check-out,so...if you need recomendations during your trip or someone to be stand by all the time that is not your place! I stronlgy recommend it though!

Nice place in a beautiful city, the rooms were quite clean, with hot water during the entire day, LCD TV in the room, the owner was very helpful. Good price. Видимо се поново у мају.

Great location just of Marsal Tito. Adequate room with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.

The cups and glasses provided in the room were dirty and the shower wasn't very good.
