Good location not far from center. Young, relaxed and English speaking staff.

Disappointed with owner attitude to guests: when staff couldn't help us with something, we wanted to talk to the manager & owner. However, we could not because owner instructed staff that "if customers ask, tell them I am not available". Breakfast was very small. Reminded me of primary school excursions: one boiled egg, small piece of cheese, butter, jam, honey & bread slices. Drinks were not included in breakfast - not even coffee or tea. Entire hotel was cold because there are works on central heating system in the street. There are strong electric heaters in rooms, but are not turned on before guests arrive to heat the room - you have to turn it on yourself & wait for ~1-2h to get good temperature if cold outside.

We stayed at Vila Ani on New Years Eve and we definitely didn’t like the place. There was no light in one room, we had to wait for water to be warmed up for 2 hours. The rooms of poor standards were heated by electric stoves, as we did according to recommendations hanging on the wall and switched off the stoves before going out, every time we came back it was very cold. Breakfast was not only very poor but every day we received the same set and had to pay additionally for coffee and tea.

Quite disappointed. No cleaning of the room, terrible breakfast with no drinks included, dripping from the toilet all night - and we had the suite. Not ok for that price range!

They lose our reservation, but they find the another hotel ( in this same price, but I think in better location near centrum). Generaly very good.RECOMMENDED

Very small brekfest

Most of the staff we dealt with were very nice. Place was quiet and clean.

Breakfast - yes, others have complained on booking.com, and staff acknowledged that other customers complain directly to them. It is certainly enough food to get started, but sliced bread that is not toasted is not very appealing for breakfast. Hard-boiled egg and foil- wrapped cheese triangle give a little more substance. Packaged croissant is fine for me. No tea or coffee included is hard to understand. The saddest thing about the breakfast is that it leaves a negative impression on an otherwise decent hotel. I am not sure if the owner has done some math and figured out how much money is lost due to customers not returning vs. Buying a multi-slice bread toaster, and tea bags that cost practically nothing.

The room seem clean but is not sure confortable, Breakfast that They are offering is not include water more over coffe or tea is only in your dream.

Aucune boisson servie avec le petit déjeuner.Pas de place de parking. Durant la nuit, aucun propriétaire (en cas de problème). Vraiment moyen !!!
