Het hotel is moeilijk te vinden zonder een gps. De straatnaamborden zijn of onleesbaar voor ons of gewoon niet aanwezeig. Wij hebben een taxi onder de arm genomen en voor 4 € terplaatse gebracht. |

Rust, mooi uitzicht, huiselijke sfeer, vriendelijk personeel. Ondanks de negatieve punten die ik hieronder heb aangegeven, zou ik een volgende keer Vila Ani zeker in overweging nemen. Wel zijn 10 dagen wat lang voor een hotel met een dergelijk ontbijt en de rare betalingsregels, waar je bij een langer verblijf tegenaan loopt. Echter voor een paar dagen is het er heerlijk rustig en aangenaam. Rare, onlogische en inconsequente regeltjes w.b. betaling bij annuleren van 1 nacht en het later reserveren van een extra nacht. Het niet accepteren van een creditkaart voor het huren van 2 kamers gedurende 10 dagen vind ik eigenlijk onacceptabel gezien het grote bedrag waarom het gaat. Ontbijt was mager: er is in Skopje heel goed en lekker brood te koop, het hotel serveert fabrieksbrood, geen vleeswaren, geen fruit, wel een hardgekookt ei. Het is heel simpel en met zeer weinig extra kosten veel beter te maken. Parkeerplaats was slechts voor 1 à 2 auto's. Lang niet alle gasten kunnen hun auto prive parkeren bij het hotel. Het woord "beperkt" zou toegevoegd moeten worden bij de info over parkeren. Internet erg duur, geen laundry service. |

rustig gelegen en aardig personeel. Geen douchegordijn aanwezig waardoor de gehele vloer nat werdt.Er waren geen pannen en drinkglazen aanwezig en de rest van keukenbenodigdheden bijelkaar geraapt.Tijdens ons verblijf is er niemand op de kamer geweest van het personeel om handoeken te controleren en schone neer te leggen.Op nieuwjaardag was er geen ontbijt en dit was ons niet gemeld.De baasin heeft ons alsnog ontbijt gebracht. |

The rate suited our pocket. We were travelling without a car and found the location too far out of town and up a steep hill when on foot. Fixtures and fittings were broken in room: e.g. shower sprinkler holder, electric socket and plug on only beside lamp. Reception ordered a 5.30am taxi to take us to the airport but it did not show.... we eventually walked down hill and hailed one arriving after check in time at airport. |

A nice fountain in the garden start to operate when we arrived and we could enjoy drinking coffee there. We had to wait up to 8:00 am for very poor breakfast. |

The quietness and the position of the hotel at skopia The fact that the policy of the hotel wanted to keep my passport and I was oblige to pay the full price of my sejour at the hotel for to get it back otherwise the hotel will keep it. |

the bathroom smelled like hell; we couldn't even stay in the room because of that smell. The hotel policy is to keep the original documents of the clients until they leave and this is against of the international laws. The floor hasn't been washed for a very long time (ceramic tiles everywhere and very dirty); the so-called kichinette couldn't be used, everything smelled awfull and the refrigerator... we never seen something similar even at the poorist people! In the morning we had to wait more than 2 hours to leave because the staff of the hotel is missing during the night and another car had blocked ours . It is more to say, I only advice you to have money to pay when you got there before using the room... you know, like in the "red flag" |

This hotel is located in very quiet residential area. Nice view to overlook the city. Price is acceptable. Breakfast is really simple. Only toast, jam butter and with one boiled egg. If you expect some vegetable or fruits, you better prepare your own. The ceiling is quiet low if you stay in so-called apartment unit. Be careful when you get up from bed. |

I was a couple of times in the same - Vila Ani, and I am much pleased with all the things. I am definitly sure when I go in Skopje I will go again in Vila Ani. |

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room standard was below average for a 3 star. Plumbing was smelly and there was no air extraction system in the bathroom. Bedclothes and pillow needed replacing. |
