Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Altought few english lesson would do good. Shared planket in double bed. Oh how I hate those. But second one was provided right away when asked. |

The Vila Silia has a few rooms rooms (red, golden, blue, green) and these are different in size and in additional facilities. I stayed twice there with my wife. First in the red room and it is the best in the hotel with a balcony. The owner lady was very helpful and nice. Refreshments are available in the hotel, coffee and tea in the room. Second time we stayed in the golden room, where the double bed is small (about 120-130 cm), the whole room is small, the switch of the light is behind a cupboard. Impressions are changing according to the room selected, but the prices are the same. |

It is very walkable to the centre of the city albeit uphill on the way back!! The staff were very nice and friendly. The sheets and pillowcases were made of a very rough material which were most uncomfortable. As the room is off the reception, there is a lot of noise with people coming in and out. I can imagine a late check-in keeping guests awake! There is also a mention of an airport shuttle - this sounds like it's free! It isn't! We paid 20 euro for a lift to the airport. |

De gastvrije ontvangst van het hotelpersoneel en de service voor het ophalen en brengen naar de luchthaven. Jammer dat het hotel bij taxi chauffeurs onbekend is, maar het hotel is te voet vanuit het centrum goed te bereiken. |

Ma chambre etait tres agreable et les femmes gentilles... ...mais il y avait des incompetences dans le service, on ne m'a pas envoye un taxi a l'aeroport et c'etait grave, c'etait tres tard et j'etais tres fatiguee, c'etait dur pour moi - quand j'etais pressee pour payer et partir, encore la jeune femme ne savait pas comment functionner avec ma carte de credit - des comportements pas tres professionel.. |
