Only the place was okey as it was in a way close to center. I was surprised when I first learned that they have no service at all on sundays and they had no telephone in the rooms. I was on the 3rd floor and I had no choice to see any one to help me at nigth incase of any need as I would never go and walk 3 floors down. My biggest surprise was in the korning when I saw they had no hot water in the shower!!! I will never again stay in Hotel Dea. |

Wonderful setting - the people at the Villa Dea were very friendly and helpful Would have been helpful to have facilities to have tea/ coffee making facilities in the room |

The hotel is well located, just in front of the lake All the rooms were suppose to overlook the lake, but NOT our appartment. The warm water was by solar system, sometimes it didn't work properly. Supposedly there was wireless connection everywhere in the hotel, but not in our appartment. The appt.was poor equipped with cookware. It was a 4 persons appart. but the sofa bed for 2 persons didn't work. Courtains too thin in the bedroom, poor sleep... |

Excellent view of the lake, clean and spacious rooms There was no breakfast. Some of the other hotels serve breakfast at their cafe and I think Villa Dea can do the same since it has a lovely cafe under the hotel. Furthermore, there was no assistance for carrying the luggage. Our room was on the 4th floor of the building that has no elevetor. |

Хотела е на брега на Охридското езеро, много е близо до центъра и забележителностите. Стаята беше много чиста и с всички удобства - баня, тоалет, ТВ, интернет, сушоар... Посрещнаха ни много любезно, дадоха ни карта на града и ни упътиха за забележителностите. Много сме доволни и от посрещането и от обстановката в самия хотел, с радост бихме повторили посещението си и за по-дълъг престой. |

die Lage am See Deckenbeleuchtung defekt, wurde trotz Reklamation nicht behoben. Safe nicht benutzbar, da Anleitung falsch. die Empfangsdame war zu bequem drei Etagen hoch zu kommen und den Fehler zu beheben. Fehlender Lift für ältere Reisende ein handicap, da keine Hilfe gegeben wurde das Gepäck in den dritten Stock zu tragen. Diese Information fehlte bei der Buchung komplett |

Gute Lage am See mit genügend Parkmöglichkeiten. Bad des Appartments für 4 Personen hat die Größe eines Gäste-WCs. In der Küchenzeile war ein ein einziges Glas vorhanden, was offensichtlich Standard ist, da auch am 2. Tag wieder um Gläser gebeten werden mußte. Im Doppelzimmer unserer Freunde gab es keine Sitzmöglichkeit. |

-sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal (anfallende Probleme bzw. Sonderwünsche wie Mietwage o.ä. wurden umgehend bearbeitet -eine fantastische Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer direkt auf den See -im Großen und Ganzen war alles perfekt ... leider akzeptiert das Hotel keine Visa-Kreditkarte |
