Splendida posizione direttamente sulla spiaggia bianca di Ngpali. Personale cordiale e professionale. Ristorante troppo caro. Consigliamo un pò più d'attenzione da parte del personale addetto al riassetto delle camere per quel che riguarda il rimpiazzo biancheria quando richiesto.

The Bayview was a nice hotel although the accommodation was basic when compared to other resorts in Thailand that are the same price. The beach is lovely. Also, it turned out that the booking.com agent who confirmed our reservation with the hotel made an error. After speaking with management they upgraded our room without charge which was lovely. It was annoying that booking.com didn't complete the request accurately. The food is awful and not worth spending any money on. It was the most disappointing aspect of the stay especially as there are not that many local places to stay. Also, staff seemed more interested in chatting to each other than looking after guests. Ngpali beach is lovely for those willing to make the trek down to it and this is a nice hotel to stay in.
