Views Pool Breakfasts Big rooms
Spacious room Nice And spacious swimming pool
Air con a bit noisy
Fantastic swimming pool, really good breakfast, service was excellent, the staff were really helpful and willing to go that bit extra to ensure our comfort.
Hotel is a little out of the town but a taxi was very cheap.
Staff, Wifi, Swiming pool and gym
It had everything I needed for my stay on business. the staff were excellent.
I did not care much for the buffet dinner but the buffet breakfast as good
The staff, comfort and breakfast
Nothing really, the internet was a bit slow in the room but OK elsewhere, probably most rooms are OK too! Wouldnt put me off going again.
The Wifi connection very bad
Mr. Nishiyama who stayed this hotel could not use Wifi at his room. We experienced similar situation. So I would like this hotel to improve this. Otherwise I cannot recommend this hotel.
Superfriendly staff - we had a very relaxing stay at this lovely hotel.
Location was wonderful. Very lovely hotel.
poor breafasts, old furniture
My wife got food poisoning from the Japanese restaurant. Initially the front desk was unresponsive but I talked to Customer Relations and they became very concerned. The General Manager of the hotel even asked to check on my wife. However when we went to check out the offending meal was still on the bill. In my business if we have a problem with a client the first priority is to go "above and beyond" to correct the problem and do all we can to ensure that the client will want to continue to do business with us. Having to cancel a day of sightseeing to attend to my wife's illness and still be charged for the cause was not expectable.
nice place, very beautiful swimming-pool, good location, large and comfortable room, good staff and restaurant
Rooms looking swimming-pool and lake are noisy because of loud music in the night (from a restaurant-night club close to the hotel). Old structure, need renovation. Too much expensive. At arrival at the reception they charge you immediatly the entire cost of the room, even if on booking.com is clearly written that you will pay only at the end of your stay (if you previously have choosen this option online).
Rooms very pleasant and staff excellent
Wi Fi was very poor
Swimming pool size and operating time
Drainage in Shower area is clogged and water won't drain when taking a shower and there are lot of mold and yeast on the tile showing no cleaniness program on such part.I Stay on the executive floor but service staffs are not professional in serving customer need and they keep on talking to each other all the times instead on concentrating to service customer. Food is not refilled during breakfast buffet time showing lack of supervision from manager level in such area.Glass for water / juice is not refilled in time.
Room and service
Staff was friendly and willing to help in any way possible. Location was good .
The room was very high for the overall condition and comfort. Internet access was very slow . Telephone charges was astronomical. Food was not up to par with hotels in the same range.
Food, service, views of Shwedagon Pagoda, English language speaking staff
Proximity of smoking permitted zones
internet very slow in evening
Most of the things which one would expect from a 4 stars hotel. Nice room and a super comfortable bed.
Frequent black out. There were 3 black outs in a night when we were there. And there's no candles/matches or torch light provided in the room. We were left in complete darkness and just waited for the power to be available.
Swimming pool, Good variety of breakfast, Free WiFi, The rooms are clean and spacious.
The reception staffs could be more efficient and friendly. Some of the service staffs do not have a good English language skills which I expect a 5-star hotel should have.
Great location, close to Swadegon pagoda. Excellent and affordable restaurant.
A little bit old hotel, and more expensive than it should be. But it's Myanmar...
I m a frequent traveller to Yangon and this is the best hotel that really deserved a 5 star rating in every aspects.
The Chatrium met every expectation I had for comfort, elegance, and good service. The warmth of the staff was not expected and was greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed the fitness centre (everything in perfect working order and a staff member to provide any assistance that was required) and the swimming pool.
