relatively cheap for a bed in yangon....
Room size is just enough for couples. I like the bed, comfortable to sleep.
I don't have any bad experience from this hotel. I am satisfied.
Central position. Great staff
Cleanliness of room, most staffs are good, just few are bad.
Wifi connection so bad.
Location, cleanness, sraff, breakfast, close to everything
A bit expensive but that's the average in town
great location right behind Shangri La hotel
located in small street, limited room facilities
Location is good, it 's very convenient (in downtown). Staff 's very nice, speak english very well. The room has everything need for staying.
Wifi in room is not good , sometime cannot connect but in lobby it's ok.
its cental position
room was booked through booking .com price quoted was to pay on arrival. Price on arrival was much more than the confirmation/reservation price.-----why!!! I was not pleased as I had to change more money and the rate in the hotel next door which is part of their set up was very low. not pleased at all.
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great location. A bitnoger priced but what hotels aren't in Yangon, a reality throughout the country really.
Over priced for what you get.
Location is handy everything is withing walking and till late, wifi works ok
We decided to give it another shot to the place, I requested quiet room, we were placed on the side of a construction which is going all night, find a cockroach on restroom, overpriced impolite receptionist with a bogus exchange rate so you'll end paying more unjustifiably
Room too small,no storage place
Location, handy services. Seems to be clean, wifi it still is ok
There is a construction ongoing infront, quite noisy, When paying there is always a discrepancy either by their fake exchange rate if paid in Kyats or debit card, ghostly 10%extra plus they don't take any dollar bill just new ones. Rude people on the front desk which invited us to leave the hotel if we did'nt agree with their "scamming policies" this only happened us here and nowhere else in Myanmar :-(
clean ,rooms, good for the price
Conveniently located to shops and restaurants. Friendly staffs and clean rooms
We were on the eighth floor and the only one elevator in the building continuously broke down. We had to climb eight flight of stairs TWICE during our one night stay. The staffs said elevator got tired and needed rest once in a while. What a joke!
Clean and modern budget hotel
Noisy in the morning when maids started to work. Phone keep ringing non stop when maid started. Lift was down for 2 days and needed to walk up narrow steep stairways. FO staff really doesn't have courtesy. Bath linens low quality for orice they are charging. Hotel is built from shop houses of 7/8 storeys located at back alley. Back of hotel fills with rubbish. Wifi not stable and staff blame the government. No door key card system. Emm non compliance on guest safety. Short stay one night is ok but if plan for couple of nights , better take low floor for easy escape. For the price I would go central hotel even tough is not good but for the same price room is bigger even is old. Location is the same. Would not recommend clover city center.
good staff service
wifi signal is not good
Numerous well-trained, hard working, good natured, extremely friendly, polite young staff. Light, bright, airy rooms with great views across the city Good, crisp white bed linen Good TV reception, well placed, large screen Straightforward safe, easy to operate in a sensible location (a surprisingly rare find Well planned wet room with copious hot water.
-First problem: They don't accept MASTERCARD as they said on booking.com, when i got there i was surprise because i couldn't pay with my credit card, so i went to the bank to pay the hotel in cash, when i came back i was shocked again with another bad news, they charge an extra tax if you pay in cash!!!! So the price that i booked was higher!!!!!!! - Second problem: I changed the room 3 times, because in any of the rooms the wifi worked! Everytime i used it, i went to the lobby. -Third problem: The rooms smells very bad, specially on the bathroom. - Fourth: the location is very bad too, the street is on of the worst in town I don't recommend this hotel.
Location, friendliness of staff, cleanliness,
Room smaller than expected, Clean and bright but bare.
The location of the hotel was good. Facilities was good too.
Excellent location & courteous staff. Clean subject to the housekeeping ensuring the pillow case is changed at least once in 2 days.
I had to walk up the stairs to my 8th floor room three times due to life maintenance after a tired day. housekeeping did not change the pillow case for 3 days and I had to inform her to change which she did.
There is constant noise from the airco of the Shangrela Hotel across the street. And the building site just opposite (at least 2 more years of building predicted). Location is central but take a room in the back of the hotel to have any chance of a good nights sleep.
Cleanliness and facilities in hotel are very good.Staff can speak English.
room prize (expensive)
Not a lot
Staff is very helpfull Room is clean Located on the downtown near to every where
Like other hotel in myanmar, the rate are not make sense. With the same price, on other country, you will get most better hotel Location of the hotel, even its located at strategic area, downtown of yangoon, the hotel itself were located on small and crowded street. I have no good view from hotels room and car parking are not independent. The hotel it self was not independent building also. It share place with local housing/apartment. Its more closed as hostel rather than 3 star hotel as listed on your hotel list
