E' piacevole ma un po defilato dalla parte turisticamente interessante

Il rapporto qualità/prezzo per una città come Yangon .Per un prezzo di 35/40 us$ si possono trovare diversi alberghi più in centro

I was pleased that I was offered a upgrade of my room due to a noisy airconditioner without asking for it.

The hotel is actually 2kms from the city centre. Dispite what is said on the booking site there was no tour desk,car hire,newspapers or currency exchange at the hotel. I also agree with other past guests that the hotel is over priced. I was also surprised that after checking in a staff member came to my room asking for full payment up front.

very poor value for money, overpriced

Many staff struggled with spoken English although one or two spoke fluently enough to be understood.

Power kept tripping througout the night and day. Although each time the interruption was for less than a minute, it's still quite annoying and certainly no help if you're on the computer!

Lack of power points.

Air conditioner took long time to become effective, room was warm, I requested double bed but was given 2 single bed

The hotel was in a good location

Avoid like the plague if you dont want to feel like your staying in a prison camp. No smoking or alcohol on the premises. Staff made us feel very unwelcome.

The Orchid Hotel is very close to the centre of Yangon - so all the main highlights are within walking distance. Hotel staff was really friendly and helpful.

All the hotels you can book on the internet in Yangon seems quite pricy and Orchid was the same - so compared to other places in SE Asia the standard is low for the money you pay.

Nothing, this is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

1 Dirty 2 uncomfortable 3 noisy 4 over priced for what you get 5 The staf would not accept my (USD) cash because it had been folded. 6 the spa had been closed. 7 the food at breakfast was cold

Nothing! Worse experience since a very long time...

$120/Night for this poor level of comfort and service is sheer robbery!

Wonderful staff, who go out of their way to be helpful and are very knowledgeable about Yangon. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast with a selection of western and eastern/Burmese options. the location is very convenient, right in the middle of downtown. The rates are very competitive especially with the current shortage of rooms in the city. It is a great alternative to the expensive hotels around downtown while still having the benefits of a great location.

Bad value for money

Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

No internet connection in the hotel room which is rather uncommon in the present days. I stayed in the East Hotel, Yangon previously with half the rate charged by you, comparatively East Hotel provides internet connection in the hotel rooms. Another shortcoming is the limited supply of drinking water, again East Hotel provides unlimited supply of drinking water.

Friendly staff

Overprized with 120$. Much better hotels like Panda or Summit you'll get for half that amount. No internet on room. Poor breakfast. Very noisy street, no infrastructure near (shopping, banks, malls)

ATM direkt vorm Hotel

sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Völlig überteuertes Hotel für das, was man geboten bekommt.Wir konnten abends dort noch nicht einmal ein Bier bekommen (um uns alles schön zu trinken). Das Hotel ist auch nicht zentrumsnah, Fußmarsch von ca. 35-40 min. um in das Zentrum zu gelangen.
