Ramada Ulaanbaatar Citycenter  

- Location is very central - Beds are very comfortable - Shower pressure is great - Gym on the 3rd floor is one of the best hotel gyms I have ever been to, for its size

- Lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms could be a bit better

The hotel charge me for airport pickup though there was no confirmation on their side if they would do so. In addition, the timing of the flight in-coming is all wrong and yet they claim a transport did wait for me. Unreasonable.

Nice cocktail lounge overlooking city and view to mountains. Nice to see differing fashions.

No clothes line in the bathroom, no plug and no swimming pool. City very dusty.

Not too much choice of serious hotels venues in ub, this is the first real international hotel. The rooms are clean, some of them good space and you can find what you need. I found that there are many staff from Korea, this makes the difference.

The food! The 5th floor restaurant can be much better than now. Too simple and almost standard choice as much of most of restaurants in ub, but the problem was that the meat selection is poor. On my second day of stay, out of 5, I got a so called ribeyes steak that was solid like my sole shoes....once I complained there was no reaction and although I sent back it, they didn't come with a new try, they just left the complain like this. At the end they tried to charge me the meat shoes sole in the bill that I required to write off at once. They did without a word. A better training could increase a lot the standards bringing to the normal level. Another unacceptable issue: althought they are named ramada, they don't follow the reward points Wyndham system of the group. They said they are outside the scheme.... So, I was so disappointed, I choice this hotel also because I wanted to be loyal to the chain, means that next time I will go to other place since it will be the same for me....

Rooms were comfortable

Location was not very good, due to taffic jams in and out of the area

Good location, friendly staff, necessary facilities in the room for working and rest after hard working day.

There isn't transfer to airport, scarcity of elevators for such big hotel and their strange working, It's extreme warm at the room with limited possibilities to adjust temperature. The same menu for buffet during whole week.

Bardzo czysty i dobrze wyposażony hotel. Dobre śniadanie z wszystkim co potrzeba. Również bar czynny długo na ostatnim pietrze hotelu z piękną panoramą na miasto.

Aussicht aus der Bar "The Edge" im 17. Stockwerk aussergewöhnlich. Gang im 10. Stockwerk sowie Zimmer wunderbar beheizt. Zimmer immer sehr sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Diningroom im 5. Stock war notorisch unterkühlt. Morgenessen oder Dinner fast nur in Jacke oder warmen Kleidern möglich. Limousinen-Service des Hotels nicht empfehlenswert. Abholservice von Bahnstation 50$, mit Taxi wäre es erheblich billiger gewesen. Flughafentaxi seitens Hotel 80$, mit Taxi 20$. Bar im Erdgeschoss nur Selfservice. Bar im 17. Stock schliesst pünktlich um 24.00 Uhr, bereits ab 23.45 kein Hochkommen mehr möglich.

設備やホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは非常に良いです。

空港迄のアクセスインフォメーションを充実して欲しい。 シャトルバスやタクシーコストなど、タクシーは白タクではなくメータータクシーを用意して欲しい。30,000Tgは高すぎる。通常は15,000から17,000Tgなので、この辺りは明瞭にして欲しい。

staff

smell .Very bad smell everywear especially of restaurant.

The food hygiene is very poor. I found several think black hairs in my food both at dinner and at breakfast. The staff is indifferent, and the service in the restaurant extremely poor. For example they delivered my bill to the table BEFORE I started my main course.

Warm and central. Good breakfast

Furnishings a bit tacky. Hot water discoloured. Poor security. Little sounproofing on door leading to ajoining room
