Kempinski Hotel Khan Palace is a 5-minute drive from the Statue of Genghis Khan in the city centre. The 5-star luxurious hotel features a well-equipped fitness centre and elegant rooms with free wired internet. Kempinski Hotel is a 10-minute drive from Gandan Monastery, a popular tourist attraction. It takes 1.5 hours by car to Terelj National Park and 30 minutes by car to Chinggis Khaan International Airport. Your staff where execellant. We liked the rooms bigger room that we had first as the second time we stayed there the temperature in the room was better meaning not as hot but it seemed to lack a few things eg. There where no scales in the bathroom just little things like that. I cannot say that there was anything that we didn't like as all four of us would stay there again and we recommend it to others.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and staff were friendly, very attentive clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Standard of service is great which you would find rare in Ulaanbaatar compare to other service sectors. I am delighted and thankful for their warm reception and willingness of extra mile of hard work.

Breakfast was great, even better now. Helpful and solution- oriented staff. Smoking, and in the restaurant which is totally unthinkable in Europe. Too limited lounge-facilities to receive guests, in the winter the lobby is cold and unfriendly. The music is the same every single day, at breakfast it is unbearable after a couple of days. Finally: even I have come 10 days twice a year for the last 4-5 years, rented rooms for conferences several times, brought guests from out side, there is no vip- card giving reduction, just the GHA-card with insignificant privileges.

все отлично. персонал приветливый, отзывчивый. очень внимательный ко всем просьбам и предложениям. услуги по аренде автомобиля с водителем. питание просто великолепное. в номере уютно и чисто.

４つ星ホテルとしては部屋の調度やアメニティはほぼ標準的なホテルと思われるが、バスとシャワーが独立して- ついていたのは使いやすくてよかった。 私は日本人なので日本食レストランがあったこと（料理もすごくおいしかった）。また、TVでNHK Worldが見られること、説明等に日本語があったことが大変嬉しかった。 常にハエが２，３匹部屋の中を飛び回っていた。町全体の問題であるが、こまったことである。部屋にハエ用の- スプレーなどを置いておくとよい。 チェックアウトの時、PCが故障（停電らしかったが）で１５分ほどまたされた。急いでいる場合だと困ったで- あろう。

Personal: kompetent, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Komfortable, saubere Zimmer. Reichhaltiges gutes Frühstück. Sehr gute Hotel-Restaurants. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Es gab keinen Grund für irgendwelche Beschwerden.

バスルームが、バスタブとシャワーが独立しており、使いやすかった。 また、トイレは、シャワートイレだったので、これに馴れている最近の日本人には非常にうれしい設備だった。- 支配人（と思われる方）が、レストランでの朝食時に日本語の新聞をテーブルに持ってきてくれたり、早朝チェ- ック・アウトの際にすぐにサンドウィッチを用意してくれたりして、気配りができる人だった。 レストラン・ＳＡＫＵＲＡでは、標準的な日本料理が食べられるので、肉料理に疲れた胃腸を休めることができ- た。 ベッドの傍に、部屋の照明を集中管理できるコンソールがなかったので、就寝時にあちらこちらとスウィッチを- オフにするのが面倒だった（必ずしもこの方式が悪いとは言い難いと思うが）。
