Part of the Galaxy Macau resort complex in Cotai City, the luxurious Banyan Tree Macau is only a 15-minute drive from Macau International Airport. Banyan tree was everything a person wants during his stay. Outstanding service n hospitality....I'm sure I 'll recommend it to all my friends n family...looking forward to another stay in banyan tree :) Absolutely nothing!!! It was more than perfect...

The peace and tranquility. The design and appointment in the room are also first class. This is the 2nd time I have returned to Banyan Tree Macau. It would still be my first hotel of choice should I go to Macau again. I can't think of any, really.

Spa facility is good. Indoor swimming pool & gym are good. 1. Galaxy shuttle bus from Taipa Ferry Terminal only stopped at main entrance of Galaxy Resort. 2. No one from Banyan Tree station at main entrance. Had to asked a Galaxy staff for assistance. He told us Banyan Tree is located inside Galaxy Resort but their main entrance is located on other side of the resort. Galaxy staff is nice to helped us with our bags and guided us to lobby of Banyan Tree (about 500m distance) even though it is not his duty to do so. 3. Our grand cotai suite is VERY dirty. I have video & photos to proof. 2. Banyan staff are not capable of understanding simple English. Whereas Staffs from Galaxy are good in English. 3. Quality & spread of breakfast is adequate BUT almost all are tasteless.

The rooms are huge with a swimming pool inside which is amazing! The toilet are not well isolated, there is no ipod station which is a basic for an hotel of this level

The amenities in the room are exemplary and clean. I asked for a non smoking room and I really got one with no trace of smoke. The room was very quiet and gave us a very good opportunity to relax and unwind. I would definitely return again. None that I could think of.

I loved the relaxation bath in our room - absolutely spectacular. The ease of getting to the other hotels was also great as was the shopping arcades, cinema, restaurants etc.. The uniqueness of our room was amazing and the decor luxurious.

Everything was a great hotel... Rooms are fantastic... One of the best i've ever been too....service was great.... We did want to extend our stay but unfortunatly they could not accomodate us for another night as they were fully booked.....

This was a 1 night mid holiday break for us and it couldn't have been more idyllic with too many positives tomoist them all.We were upgraded to a sky villa and enjoyed all that was on offer, the beautiful pool, scents of incense and essential oils, spa products with the bath and stunning bathroom views over the wave pool. The galaxy complex had plenty of shops and dining options and we even managed a spa treatment at banyan tree spa prior to leaving. There were shuttle buses available to take you to practically anywhere else in Macau that you wanted to go but we were too impressed with our room to leave it for long enough to discover anything else, except for a trip to the pandas. The only thing I didn't like was leaving! If only we had more time to stay and discover.

It is so luxurious! Although it is more costly then most of the hotels, the extra space and the high quality amenities more than compensate the extra cost. It's value for money.

* design / interior / facitlities of the room * scent of aroma * staff are friendly * * breakfast - too limited choice ; * restaurant for bkfst : too small and not spacious, lack of natural light, too dark * lobby : too small and not spacious * the galaxy artificial beach : too small and crowdy * should offer more privilleages to hotel guests for dinning *** it would be much more better if more spacious for resort

Indoor and ourdoor swimming pool was great to enjoy swimming. Especially outdoor Galaxy wave pool was excellent! We had a really good time. Next time when we go to Macau, we definitely will stay at Banyan tree Galaxy! "Super!!"
