The staff was very friendly. The small bar quite intimate. Lacking some basics such as coffee shop and restaurant. For small additional charge, we were upgraded to the Penthouse suite--was great

Very good location. About a 5-10 minute walk to Senosa Square, and all the colonial sites in the old town of Macau. There is also a pick-up spot at Masters Hotel (just around the block from the hotel) and this shuttle takes you to the Venetian, so it's a good way to get to the Cotai Strip! Very old and dirty. My door didn't even close properly! The bathroom has grime and dirty everywhere. Staff were terrible - nobody could speak English!

The location of the hotel. In two week traveling this was the worst breakfast. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to upgrade from our room since they had new finished rooms. Of course it cost us some money and of course the comparison between the room that we've booked and the new one was a big one..... Although the staff was nice there was one episode that changed our feeling...we asked for a city tour and it was told to us a certain price per hour, as soon as we asked to visit some places it was told that the price was differente. However the driver asked..why different? So in conclusion the guy from reception was trying to get more money from us....

The Hotel is located at the down town and easy to acces to any tourist attraction. The park which is in front of the hotel is good for exercise or interact with other visitors or even local. The staff was helpful and has smiling face. Tourist attraction display should be available in the lobby.

The hotel location is good, a mere 5~7 minutes walk to Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul and nearby Casinos. The front desk staff are friendly to help. The room is spacious and clean except the floor carpet looks a bit old.

Near the Senado Square The bad suggestion from one of the staffs in hiring the service van going to Airport which we paid fixed rate of $275. And we were supposed to fly 10 pm, but were told that airport is quite far & we had to leave as early as 5 pm. The rate is quite high. We should had taken the taxi (more or less $70) at later time & we could had done some shopping or to casinos

The room is pretty good, is spacious, although you can not open the windows. The bathroom could be better but okay. It's all very clean, but nothing compared to the big casinos in the city. It's too expensive for a hotel in China, but cheap when compared with the large casino is in Macau.

The room I have seen on booking.com was not the one provided. As soon as we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist was trying to sell the room we have booked as a Luxury Dulux Room with an extra charge of hk$ 280 per night and ofcourse I did not accept. The receptionist gave me later a standard room and that was my surprise. The room provided was so small very old, with old tv a smaller size than a Kinf bed and catastrophic bathroom. I went back and I requested another room.. Anyway they finally gave me another room for my 04 nights stay with standard quality, very old. I do not recommend at all the hotel for the rate paid around usd 70 per night. In my opinion, Best Western Should inspect the hotel.

I like it to be near to town within walking distance. The price of the room is reasonable. First of all, the description of the advertisement and the real hotel settings are different. e.g. In the ad, it mentioned there is the free internet service but the staff there told us that we have to pay for a certain rate. The staff kept asking us to change our room into those luxurious rooms on the roof for a long time. However, finally, we didn't change it. The next day, he didn't greet us when we were at the reception. He pretended not to see us and ignored us. His face was totally different from the first time we saw him. My other 2 friends were having more abnormal situations during their stay. We are not happy about the stay there. I feel very disappointed about this hotel. More than 1 staff keep selling things to us. It's very annoying! Don't stay in this hotel. You will regret.

The staff was friendly and the location was less than a 10-minute walk from the centre of Macao. The room where I stayed needed some revamping and being cleaned properly.
