They didn't explain clear to customer must need to pay 3% service charge before use the credit card for deposit. Then. They request pay cash and not accept credit card, if customer insist pay credit card. They request charge 3% service charge. This is unreasonable.

Room Size was good. It's in vicinity of Cotai strip. Staff is rude, I read about this but still booked it but now I can confirm this as first hand experience. Their shuttle facility is also not good.

Chef is good and kind in nature, front office and other staff is fair in their service. Rooms are small and congested compared to other 3 stars hotels in Macau, they gave us 3 rooms 403, 420 and 419 out of which room number 419 was converted from single pax room to double pax room it was nostalgic to stay in that room.

Compared to other hotels, it was cheaper and well located.bus stops were nearby. They charged extra for breakfast which is generally included in room rent in all star hotels, internet--a basic facility was not available in the hotel they kept on showing various excuses like breakdown of service or weak signal etc though it was specifically mentioned in your booking that free internet/wi fi available in hotel lobby..

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is superb. It's near the airport, The Venetian, and the tourist spots in Taipa are all walking distance from the hotel. Plus, bus stops are easily accessible if you're going to Macau. They also have a shuttle service everyday that takes you to The Venetian. The staff can also understand enough English to help you around. Definitely a recommended hotel for those under a budget. The beds are hard, actually. They aren't the most comfortable beds in the world. But other than that, I really can't complain. It was a good 5-day stay.

T was one of the worst stays in my life. It is surprising that in an International Chain there is nobody in the staff or in reception who talks English. They talk only Chinese and no other language. Your claim in the ad for the hotel of free wifi in public places is false. Internet connection is chargeable and that also after paying hkd 150 for 24 hours, it still does not work in the rooms and you do not get any any response from the staff. Pl do not spoil your name booking for this hotel.

I requested for Complimentary Breakfast included in the package while i confirmed my booking with the hotel but they refused to give complimentary B/F when we went to the restaurant. It was actually very much embarrassing, Firstly you should not ask any special request in the form and if you are asking your Guest then you should not deny. That was not fair at all.

I've never seen a worst BestWestern overall the world:the absolutely dirty conditions of the rooms were SCARING.No Towels(just2in total and they were small and greyish),no lights. The bed were really hard and the pillow were thin like a paper.Reception took30min to understand that I wanted an invoice.Extremely disappointed, also because I expected a BestWestern standard.

Liked shuttle bus. Location is very accessible to public transport. Near the bigger hotel resorts like The Venetian and Galaxy. Staff speaks English poorly. Lobby smells of cigarette smoke.
