The front desk staff ok
The bathroom door is very , very old ，the towel also dirty and the pillows still has long hair
.. Room is spacious.
The room is too cold, can be a problem in the winter. Confused over the currency exchange between HK dollars with Macau dollars. Lighting to too dark to read.
-the room was dirty and smelly -no wifi in the room -the renovation works star at 7 so you can forget about sleeping well -stuff doesn't speak English which is very troublesome. there was only one lady whose English was communicative. -deposit for the room was too much I don't care that much about accommodation when I travel but for this price i expected something at least decent. This was my biggest hotel disappointment ever. I'm glad I only stayed one night.
Some rooms smell with toxic paint, others - don't have daylight. At all. Staying in this hotel was really a torture.
The bed is awful. The room is cold. No heat air conditioner. No wifi. Not like other best western hotels...
The location of this hotel is great for you need to be in the Taipa area. It is a little removed from the Casino area, so quieter, which suited me. The rooms were clean and the staff were polite enough.
Only one staff member (the manager I think it was) spoken much English at all so making myself understood was difficult. Even getting basic directions was a challenge. Also the WiFi wasn't working on my floor. The decor was a bit dated, but there were renovations under way so hopefully the rooms will be modernised. For the price I thought I might have got a softer bed - mine was typically hard, Asian firmness!
Everything. I know more better hotels there for the same price.
Ignore customer's requests on the booking, poor facilities , dirts on the sofa and carpet.
Room stank of cigarette smoke Room was damp with wallpaper falling off the walls Staff surly with no people skills Overpriced
The free shuttle bus to Emperor Palace.
The bed was so hard, the sheet has holes, the pillowcase has stain, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but smelled like a smoking room and the staff was not very helpful especially calling for a taxis.
Cockroach invested room! There were many cockroaches in the room and the staff do nothing when we highlighted this issue. The Television is also spoilt and it need a long time to fix.The toilet door is cannot lock. Overall, not recommended for stay.
The check in staff were very unhelpful. The room was damp and almost every piece of wallpaper was hanging off the wall The room stank of cigarette smoke
shower water had good temperature, we stayed at the top floor (18th floor).
Bed was terrible, only boxspring without the mattress - rock hard. Lamps where broken, curtains had holes in it and the carpet had stains everywhere. Even the wallpaper was peeling off. For the 1000HKD stay in this franchise hotel chain, we expected at least the basics (cleanliness and bed) too be in order. Will never stay in a best western hotel anymore.
Bed and pillow is uncomfortable Hand got bitten at night by unknown insect Location is not easy to access Wifi in room cost 75 per day.
i like the look and feel of the room. it made me felt like home
I'm not really comfortable with guest from China which is way our of my control as they are flocking and pushing everywhere.
Shuttle bus service provided to macau city.
No eye contact from staffs when approach them. Bed in bad condition and hard. Room got smell and run down decorate. TV took some time to get into sharp view.
No shuttle bus to Ferry pier.
I stayed on the 3rd floor. This floor is newly renovated and there is nothing to complain about.
No direct shuttle to the ferry terminal. There used to be a small casino in the hotel which is closed now
service , room , price
No break fast include and poor english staff
Room cleaniness, lights and facilities
Manager was polite and helpful when handling our problem, location is great, especially to see taipa village, was not too expensive.
Room was old and not very clean (bath plug didn't work, wall paper was dirty, some sockets had burn marks), we had people use a different key and get into our room by mistake twice in the night (manager moved us to a new room), other hotel guests were noisy and rude, check-in receptionist had very poor english. The goal of this hotel seems to cater for large groups of chinese tourist one night at a time, reception was always packed with groups checking in and out without enough staff to accomodate.
Location and that the staff tried their best to acceede to our requests.
Pool & gym was under reno. We were at first given an old room. Bed was hard, carpet was stained and dirty and the whole room felt like a cheap sex motel. Paid HKD300 more per night and changed to level 3 where the rooms were newly renovated and had nice clean bathrooms.
Close proximity to Taipa Village. Nice safe area to walk around at night. Walking distance to Galaxy and Venetian hotels. (1 km)
Building currently under renovation (Right outside my room)
1. Near to airport. 2. Reception service very good. 3. Many food outlet round the corner.
1. No wifi in room. Only available at lobby. 2. Bellboy dont speak english. 3. Rooms do not hv sufficient toiletries like shampoo and shower gel. Only one soap cake. 4. Shuttle bus service to airport starts too late.
