The room was spacious, clean and it is proximate to major casinos like Grand Lisboa, Wynn etc. Walked to Senado square which took 20 mins plus, thought it would be closer - my advice, next time just take the bus! |

The room facilities are served right to everyone requirements, especially the bed and toilet. wonderful arrangement. Regarding the breakfast, can be improved again to change menu everydays that were not cause bored to having breakfast every morning. The places served was very nice and comfortable. |

Only because the good location. The attitude of the hotel staff at the receptionist is bad. Furthermore, we were not being entertained immediately when we doing our check out. |

The modern interior of the rooms and its strategic location. Good restaurants nereby. Excellent!! Except certain stubborn rooms guests who still smoke on smoking floors!! |

Location is perfect. The clealiness of hotel is good but Staffs are totally useless and unfriendly. Im so dissapointed for their manner. They don't speak English. Difficult to communicate. |

American Breakfast was good and the spread was decent. the only major problem here was it is was from 8 am to 10 am. And they start picking up the food items from the spread at sharp 10... even if you are in the middle of your breakfast... so remember to refill before 10 am. Check out was really quick - in flat 5 mins.. very impressive. It is a hotel surrounded by buildings.. so absolutely no view in any of the rooms. All hotels pick up their guest from either Ferry point or Macau Airport in every couple of minutes. The hotel and booking.com assured of free shuttle service in every half an hour, however we waited for one hour at the ferry point watching all the other hotel shuttle bus pass by and there was no sign of the Beverly plaza shuttle bus anywhere... After one hour of waiting in the heat we finally had to cab it and pay HKD 100 for it.. On our complain at the reception the staff was not bothered to pacify us or did not sound apolegetic at all. They were just busy talking to each other in their local language and were smiling and gigling. Our $ 100 was nt compensate |

Pretty convinient and can reach to most of the places of interest I wanted by walking. Lights too dim, Not too much info provided for tourists.ie maps and general info etc. |

H a lot. The breakfast food.the same everyday. And not able to understand you when you try to explain to the manager at the desk. The room,the bed as if your sleeping on the floor and small insects biting you at night |

good location that it! Nothing special. We booked this hotel with breakfast however, hotel staff insisted breakfast is not included. Only one hotel staff was able to speak English. We are not going to stay this hotel again. |

Hotel Beverly Plaza is situated in a very convenient position: just a stone's throw away from Grand Lisboa, Wynn's and a decent walk to MGM Grand. For the price, the hotel does offer a lot. The staff are clearly overworked and understaff. English may prove to be a problem for some. Clientele are mainly tourists from mainland China so expect a noisy and busy lobby. |

Good location with walking distance to the essential sightseeing spots. Also close to casinos like the Lisboa. Staff was friendly, the room big and clean. They only have internet by cable. It's free and they'll lend you a cable, but you're out of luck with a phone, PDA, etc. Not a very great view from the window. |

No smoking rooms in the chosen range were all occupied, but the reception staff promptly upgraded us to non smoking rooms in a better category at no extra charge. Excellent. |
