1) The front desk staff during check-in and out process were not very pleasant and helpful. During check-in, it was obvious that their understanding of English was limited. During check-out, there was only one staff handling a long line of guests and he was very rude to us when we asked about the shuttle bus schedule. 2) The shower curtain was covered by mold, which was surprising since this is a 4 star hotel after all. We called HSK to change and it got taken care of in about 15 mins. The shower head was leaking and I was too lazy to call to have it fixed. In conclusion, the hotel could be better to live up to its 4 stars status.

The location is very good with nearby famous casino's Lisboa. From here you can reach also by walk most of the famous attractions of Macao and can easily catch free shuttle busses will drive you all over around for free!!! The staff was not well prepared and really not polite (they don't care about clients). During our stay the hotel was under renovation so we have experienced painting smell and noisy early in the morning. The stuff refuse to give us a room without paint smell... Awfull....The hotel furniture is old and the rooms were dirty (really dirty) .I strongly do not recommend you to come to this hotel just for the location cause around you can find better price for quality ones and item cheaper price.

I like the location and the price. The rock hard beds, lighting issues and my biggest complaint was the terrible service at the sauna. I paid what I consider TOP dollar however performance was dreadful! Having said that the manager was very well spoken and happy with his service.

The location. Beverly Plaza should have an advance notice that their hotel is under renovation. On the night when we are about to sleep and was so tired, we requested to transfer to another room as our room has so unbearable smell from lacquer paint. The reception has no system in handling transactions with the hotel guest. They speak little or no english at all. Our stay in Beverly Hotel is horrible.

The location in downtown Macau, near the old city and also close to the Lisboa Hotel and Casino was perfect. Our room was quiet, on the 15th floor with excellent city views. The hotel is very modern in design, with lots of shiny black, silver and marble and we enjoyed the glass-walled bathroom feature. Also, it had a free shuttle bus to Macau ferry. The staff were efficient despite the lack of fluency in English.

Good enough for the price. Location is good. Shuttle bus to the ferry works well. The hotel is being renewed but I did not have any problem with that. The air conditioner of my room was not working well, they changed the room with no restrictions. The cleaness of the bathroom could be a little better.

The location. The rooms are old, not well-maintained, the furniture is worn and the beds are extremely hard. The air conditioner made a lot of noise.

There is practically no customer service rendered during my entire stay. The staff is not friendly during check in or check out. They do not smile nor greet you. It makes me think about why the hotel has been listed as a 4 star hotel. It was listed as a wifi enabled accommodation but there isn'T. Bogus information should not be listed as it creates mis-match of expectation.

The only good thing was the size of the room. This hotel was by far one of the worst I have ever stayed in! We should have been told they were renovating, The photos of the rooms must have been taken years ago! The beds are rock hard!!!!Staff very rude, speak little or no English. After trying to order room service 3 times and not getting anyone to speak any English they just didn't come back to our room - nothing! You would think they would attempt to send someone who spoke a little English once they discovered we spoke English rather than simply not coming back! Check in was terrible, check out was terrible, bell boy not sure what he is there for - doesn't say hello, doesn't say good bye, doesn't help with luggage, doesn't hail a cab for you, doesn't speak to you at all! Naked girls in massage parlour - obviously not where you go for a "normal" massage which is what my daughter and I had planned - simply put - do not waste your money on this hotel, they don't deserve it!

I paid a deluxe room at lisbao and only cost 1100 per night but they do have a complimentary drinks there? I paid 1480 at hptel beverly . And it sucks that you can access the beverly sauna at the main elev of the hotel?theres an incident that someone came from there then all of the staffs of the sauna are showing off their breast wtf.... What if they're children with us in the elevator??? Please do some actions with this matter.

Good location, clean rooms One had to change lifts every time to get to one's room. English standards were horrendous from the staff. Neither was the reception helpful in finding numbers of local restaurants. It was disappointing that in a tourist town the hotel reception had nobody who was comfortable in english.

It is clean, comfortable, and within walking distance to many well-known casinos, including Lisboa, Wynn, mgm, etc. 1. Due to hotel undergoing renovation, entry to hotel room has to be via change of Lifts (5th floor), but without proper directional signs - bad feature. 2. Room Security Safe not user friendly. Just lock up your valuables in your luggage ! 3. LED TV speaker system defective - intermittent mute and suddenly loud blast ! 4. Do not stay in Room 1528.

Nothing to rave about. If you are looking for a simple decent lodging. This should be it. If you are expecting more luxury, look somewhere else then. Wasn't aware that this hotel is going thru major renovation. Wasn't stated on the booking.com. :( The hotel exterior and hotel lobby wasnt at it's best look. Although booking stated that hotel room has wifi but turn out they do not have at all! The hotel do not have this facilities. We have to walk 10 minutes to other hotel to their business centre to get access to Internet. What a disappointment.

I got very disappointed. The room was not that one I booked and, besides the bad look, was dirty and smelling musty. This is not a 4 star hotel as appear on Booking.com web site! With a very goodwill could be a "3 star -". I do not recommend and I never will stay there again.

Great helpful staff! Nice room facilities in the executive suite. Room smelt of cigarettes in executive room when room was suppose to be a none smoking room - However, I guess this is the room user disobeying hotel rules. Other than that all very good.
