Emperor Hotel  

The executive rooms we got were really spacious. Looks clean , until I saw the shelves up the refrigerator were full of dust . The location is good , walking distance to the other hotels, like Wynn .

The staff were not so accomodating. Hotel states that breakfast is from 6-1030 am . We usually have breakfast by 930 am , and by then their server for bacon and buns would be empty already .I requested for refill but they will just say no more. This happened for the 3 days we were there.

Good location, close to big casinos and tourist part.

The front staff is rather unhelpful and unflexible. The did not want to accept deposit for the room in usd. And when I was checking out, they just wrote to me the name of ferry station in chinese on paper and sent to the road to get the taxi by myself. No matter that I had a free room upgrade to Executive room, the room was rather smelly and had no view (I lived on the 21st floor). The elevators are very slow and crowded with people.

Valuable , friendly staff , covenience , good service and i will recommended to my friend!!!

Location a bit away from the areas of "action". Taxi's very difficult to get. One needs to learn the bus routes. Polite and helpful staff. Rooms quite good.

They have shuttle to ferry every 10-15 min. But it is very hard to find at you first arrival to harbour in the grour of other shuttles to big luxury hotels. Breakfast is good, but it is only thing what executive lounge includes - nothing else, after 10am there is no snacks at executive lounge.

Even booking was confirmed by credit card they require this again + 500 for bed + 500 more at check-in. And require you to sign every step (E.G. extra bed) at blank paper, even you have entered pin (usually no sings required after pin)! Finally they charged 250hk$ for extra bed, when booking.com says 200hk$. Included breakfast is just food at executive lounge and it is only until 10am. After that there is no food at lounge. So executive lounge = breakfast, nothing else!

1. Excutive lounge on the 20th floor caters exclusively for our Check-in and out, breakfast and coffee/Expresso on the house from 0700 to 2330Hrs. 2. Location: major tourist attractions and popular casinos are within walking distance.

I like the location.. Filipino staff can speak english. Now it is not hard to communicate with the staff of the hotel. Housekeeper ( was it Karen?) was all smile and helpfull. Overall may stay was good/ excellent.

Good location, very central. Rooms a little aged but comfortable and in general it's acceptable. Internet by cable in the rooms working properly. The room has full amenities.

Upon the check-in, the receptionist tried to make me sign the in-print of the credit card for guarantee. When I pointed out that nobody is usually asking to sign the in-print, he reluctantly gave-up, and forgot to give me the breakfast coupon, which I had to claim the day after, with the surprise of another receptionist, who made me wait 10 minutes for the coupon. So, I went finally to have my breakfast in a lounge in a upper floor, and it was quite modest for the price and category of the hotel. The hotel doesn't have fitness room.
