Our room were upgraded to Executive Deluxe for free. Room is spacious. Bed kinda stiff. Room needs more lighting. Bathroom needs refurbishment as the shower head definitely needs to be replace. Kettle heating coil was rusted. We stayed at the highest floor (21st) but unfortunately there was no view. Building is all we saw. Buffet breakfast was included in our booking but we were given continental breakfast on the Executive Lounge which is supposed to be fascinating but much to our disappointment. Food was not replenish and the spread was tiny and shallow. We end up having 2 cups of coffee and some cereals. |

Location, near casinos I have paid for three nights stay at the executive room. The executive room is no different from the other cheaper room. First night, the room door unable to close and lock by it self. After several compalints, they finally decided to up-graded to a suite. If not for the defaulted door, it is not value for money to pay for the executive room. P.S. We have requested a King size bed and was told that the Executive rooms only provide a Queen bed. |

Lobby Hall male senior staff were helpful in direction and giving advice. Luggage staff were also very helpful and forthcoming during check-in and out. Thanks Reception/counter were not professional during check-in, no eye-contact as if we were here for free. Don't bother to ask for our preference, unmotivated. |

In my booking it says we have free breakfast but unfortunately the front desk staff called up and told us that we will pay extra hk$50 for the breakfast. Hoping next time the management must be firm with their offers for would be guest in your hotel. And your front desk staff must be familiar to the bus number routes it seems they're not residents of macau. |

i like the bed which is comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and clean. supposingly we book double bed. but it gave us single bed for 2. The contintenial breakfast is quite simple and nothing much to eat. As we pay for the executive room yet the food is not good enough and not value for money. |

The room is clean, and pretty well organized. They offered a room with nice view which might be nice. The room is clean, but the counter service is not as well. Especially what the book.com promised in the contract, we have still to confirm it over and over again, like the breakfast service, etc. Staffs of the counter got problem for English communication. That's one thing to improve! |

Convenient location near casinos, restaurants, and not far from Largo di Sonata. The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. After we checked out, we were able to store luggage which was quite convenient. |

I like the size of the room and very clean indeed. Liked the mini bar and the spacious bathroom with a large bath tub. The kids liked the cozy sofa and enjoyed watching the LCD TV. Overall it was mostly nice and enjoyed staying in the hotel. The beds were not that soft but i get used to it. The size of the bed is smaller than i expected unlike the other hotels i have stayed before (twin sharing usually have 2 double beds) but anyway our stay was pleasant. |

Conveniently located. Nearby are money exchange shops, restaurants, convenience stores. Walking distance to Wynn and Liboa hotels. Helpful reception people although English spoken can be improved better. We were given the wrong room on our first day. So, we lost some time since we had to repack our bags and transfer to another room (smelled smoke) and finally we had to settle on the third room. Ha ha ha. It was really a waste of time and tiring too. |

The hotel is really old. Most of the facilities are old. The newest part may be the restroom. If turn off the air conditioner, a strong smoking smell goes in. Do not understand why. Not feeling well. |

The location of this hotel is quite good. You can walk to most points of interest on the main island of Macau. If you like soft beds, do not stay here. The mattresses are very hard (which was not an issue for me, but probably is for many people) |
