The room is appropriately nice but a tad too expensive. Staff rudeness and lack of knowledge and answering the usual rehearsed answers no matter what the question or request. |

The bed was harder than the carpeted floor.The internal broadcasted music at the corridor was so loud, can hear it even in the room. |

Due to refurbishments and bookings it was nice of the hotel to upgrade me to one of the Executive Rooms. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, good for both leisure and business travellers. There was some problems with the sound of the LCD TV. Breakfast was confusing as I didn't know if it was available. The food available was average. |

貴社のサイトから予約を完了し、当日ホテルへ行ったら「予約がない」との事でした。調べてもらった結果、「やっぱりありました。ﾌﾞｯｷﾝｸﾞｺﾑから連絡が無かったので・・・」と。ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝに一時間以上かかった経験は初めてです。しかも、予約は喫煙だったのに、禁煙の部屋にされました。喫煙の部屋に変更するように言いましたが、「他の部屋はいっぱいだ」が理由です。しかも、相当強い口調で言われました。私に非があったのでしょうか？ |
