타이파 페리터미널 및 마카오 인터네셔널 공항에 매우 가까웠으며 구시가지와 주요 호텔의 무료 셔틀이 있어서 교통이 편리했다. 식당들도 대부분 맛이 좋은 편이었고 푸드코트도 깨끗했다. 호텔 시설은 매우 좋은 편이었고 야경 또한 멋졌다.

카지노가 로비 에 바로 붙어서인지 담배냄새가 많이 났다. 시설은 좋은 반면 객실이 부족하여 급하게 마련했는지 구석구석 까지는 깨끗하지 않았고 바닥에 음료수를 흘린 흔적이 있어서 끈적했다. 4인 어린이 동반 가족이었고 대부분 트윈베드에서 잘 수 있었는데 이곳은 트윈베드가 수퍼싱글정도의 침대라서 킹베드룸에 엑스트라베드를 사용하여 묵었다. 방은 꽤 넓은 편이라 좁지는 않았다. 샤워실 몰딩이 깨끗히 청소되지 않아서 좀 찜찜했다.

Got great service from the moment I checked in to the point that I checked out. The room was huge and clean! A waste that there wasn't much of a view. Great rain shower and tub! Very fast to come to rectify whenever there are any problems. Convenient to travel around with the shuttle services provided by the hotel.

TV had problems from the moment I checked in. Had to call for servicing every 2 hours. Finally complained to front desk and they rectified the problem.

I like the facility, everything is clean.. Value of money is good.. The kids loves the wave pool and the rest of the pool so much. The staffs are good and very much accommodating.

It is one place that I would recommend my friends and family to go back again and again.

The hotel and casino staffs are brilliant. They are friendly and helpful. But the staffs at shopping and dinning area are totally different. Especially the cashiers at food court need a lot of improvement.

Everything are great, staffs are very friendly & courteous, very professional. The room is beautiful & clean, nice view from our 29th floor. I & my husband like most are numerous shuttle bus to all the attractions, everything are close by.

This is my second time travel to Macau. I stayed in the Venetian last time. Compare to the Venetian, I like Galaxy Macau more....... I feel more comfortable during my stay in Galaxy Macau compare to the Venetian. Firstly, the staff is great when we checked in. They approach once we arrive with the hotel free shuttle bus. And we were direct to the reception, we checked in. The room was great and this hotel offer free internet as the Venetian charge for the internet. This hotel offer free shuttle bus where we can go anywhere. We did not spend a dim on transportation at all. The hotel pool was great. It was spring when I go to Macau so the hotel have a heated pool and jacuzzi...... It was perfect. Even the food in the foodcourt area is better then the Venetian. I like this hotel better because its not that crowded.

If you like to shop then this is not the hotel for you as the hotel offer limited shopping.

-Spacious and luxurious rooms. -Check in took a bit too long, but the staff were friendly, helpful and took the time to answer your questions. -Free bus service to various locations on the islands and to the ferries. -Decent Internet connection.

Spa was under construction and the foot hub was only open for guests from the casino. Clients were not welcome

The hotel is just grand! I traveled with my mom and the room was super comfortable. The entire hotel smells of 'Green Tea' by Elizabeth Arden. The staff is super friendly and focuses on the guest! Their service is very prompt and we loved the fact that the hotel had shuttle bus services to all major parts of Macau (saves a lot of money). The pools are exquisite and there's loads of stuff to do even for kids. They also have little parades in the evenings (The kind they have at Disney land but at a much smaller scale). The food court is very good and there's a lot of scope to shop too!

We reserved a room with Twin bed however when we reached there, they said that all the twin bed rooms were booked, so we had to make do with an extra bed. Also, they asked me to pay 2000 HKD as deposit however since I dont have any credit cards and had just enough currency to last for the trip, I refused. So the front desk personnel said that if we dont want to pay deposit, we wont be able to watch paid movies and make ISD calls (which was fine). Also, I had paid for the entire reservation with a DEBIT card over a month before check in. When I got back to Taiwan, I realized that my account balance had gone down by 1000 HKD. I called the bank and they said that the hotel had charged my card without telling me! I called Galaxy hotel and inquired, to which they said it's an automatic thing and that the were 'sorry'. So now I am having to shuttle between the bank and the hotel, trying to get my money back. Definitely disappointing!

The treatment was excellent from the start. Convenient shutles and location. The pool area is fun and wise. Everyone is very kind. Huge breakfast selection. The room suite is awsome. One of the best places we have been.

Too much detergent or disinfectant solution smell at the lobbys. There is some construction around the Hotel now.. We were on the 29th floor and still could hear the driling in the morning. I advise that, while construction lasts, people try to get a room facing the pool area.

After coming over from a very small hotel in hk .. Love the luxury and the shuttle buses everywhere.

Love it all, although with the new gambling laws my daughter turned 21 after we left and therefore unable to enter the casino. We book the accomdation prior to finding out the new laws as they have only just changed , so a bit disappointing

Faultless the staff and food were amazing a must is the buffet restaurant omg yum, will be back.

Very Big resort, Nice like a castle, Very good smell everywhere in hotel even the zone for casino don't have a smell from smoke.

At the reception there is no possibility to communicate in Russian. It would be nice to have an electronic translator (even Google). Wanted to get a massage and spa treatments, but said at the reception that these are only available in other hotels. Although information about these services appear on the site property.
