EVERYTHING! I loved the people, (although their english was hard to understand) , the facilities, location and convinient shutle service free. All was a dream come true nothing. Loved every minute.

Grand design. Got upgraded to executive suites so was well impressed with the room & facilities. Free shuttle bus services. Not a completely non-smoking hotel. Lack of electrical sockets in room, especially near bed & sofa. No wifi at certain parts of the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to luxury shopping and casinos, including the smaller one inside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants in hotel and nearby.

位置很好，且有免费班车往返关闸。距离新葡京、永利等赌场都很近（当然英皇自己就有赌场），步行去大三巴也- 只是十分钟的事情。 节假日的性价比一般，如果不是为了离市中心近一点，可以考虑凼仔的那些新酒店。

整体酒店装修风格，前台接待服务很好。 员工尽职度欠佳，在提出刷银联的要求后还是刷了Visa，被告知的解释是员工交接后忘记处理了。

地理位置好，隔壁就是八佰伴，步行到大三巴也不远。酒店三楼的快餐不错。入住时免费升到行政楼层，房间很大- 很舒适，有机会还会再来

excellent location, room is clean and tidy The gym opens at eight in the morning and everytime a staff has to escort you or else u wont get through the entrance. And sauna is not free unlike other hotels

世界遺産地区へ徒歩数分の距離で、市内観光に便利な場所でした。 部屋がカビの匂いがして、よくなかった。多分、稼働率の低い部屋だったのではないだろうか。

Möjligheten till fri transport till och från färjeterminalen. Väldigt hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Sauna har tydligen en annan innebörd i Asien än i Skandinavien. Främst för herrar....
