Bed is really comfortable. Room is spacious. Clean facilities. Free shuttle service to major drop off places. Staff are professional.

Staffs are friendly and helpful

The location is convenient. Walking distance to some tourist destination. You can easily get a bus to St.Paul's or even a taxi.

I was put in a smoking floor which has really bad smell. Even though the government has ban smoking in public, people can still smoke in their rooms. The smoke easily penetrate to the lobby and in the rooms. It can be rather annoying. In addition, there is no free wifi... which is pretty surprising when Macau is 'supposedly the most connected city '... You have to pay to use wifi whether in the room or the lobby. Pretty shocking as most places these days are free.

A cup and saucer accidentally slipped and fell to the ground/floor and shattered . I told the reception that a cup and saucer had accidentally been broken and I was charged $ 40 for the damage. I think that this amount is very exorbitant considering that this cup and saucer wasquite ordinary ,also in my experience and that of others I have asked Hotels generally do not charge for minor accidental breakages .

I like this hotel,good location , and good value for money also.

The receptionist was not very welcoming gesture. They are very serious and no smile on their face. Otherwise the facilities are ok

Fantastic hotel. Clean, cosy and well equipped room. Good value for money.

Overall value for money and convenient with free shuttle but need to improvise on the shuttle schedule.

The Grandview Hotel is situated just across from the Sports Stadium where the Annual International Macau Marathon is held which starts at 6am. Therefore the location, which is within easy walking distance is ideally sited.

Just 5 mins drive from airport, excellence location and clean and tidy room

Front desk officer and bell boy should be more friendly

The location is good and the price is competitive (still expensive but relatively reasonable)

They have closed the pool when the outside temperature is 30 degree Celsus. They do not have any services at all - not even helping you make a reservation to restaurants. The carpets are quite old and dirty. Receptionist are just cold and distant.

Value your spend!

The management was friendly and the room was the only room of the dozen I stayed at in HK/Macau where I felt that I wasn't in a closet. I only stay in sub $100 rooms, so this means that this room was the best value of my stay.

Location was far from the "action" unless you're going to the races. Bus 22 takes you to the central station next to Lisboa though, so it's not that difficult to get around. Only those who don't mind a bus ride or long taxi ride should stay here.
