Grandview Hotel Macau is neat and tidy as a business hotel. Its location is also considered to be acceptable with free shuttle bus to and from the ferry pier. No Free Internet Access. |

Reception staff was helpful. Room was excellent with a good view of Macau jockey club. Free shuttle service to Macau ferry terminal was very convenient. Curreny exchange available nearby. McDonald's and Pizza hut in the vicinity (fifteen minutes walk). |

our room was decently clean. staff was oaky but there was this particular doorman who likes to smile a lot..he courteously greets the guests. He helps carry baggages of arriving and leaving guests. I think his name is "jim". One of the friendly staff members of the hotel. Unlike on the other hotel we stayed in, we had to remind the front officer that we need someone to assist us with our baggages. no free bottles of water for guests, don't like the room slippers made of plastic material |
