Rooms are well equipped. Good restaurant and hard rock feeling. Building site next door. Breakfast not worth the cost, check in and out very slow.

It has a very american feeling to it. Its like a haven for expats in a way. Room service prices seem to be cheaper than the meals in the restaurants. Shuttle service from the airport or border crossing to the hotel. The rooms were lacking a bit of personality. Casino is not very big. One note: Hard Rock Cafe stops serving breakfast at 11 and there's no brunch menu... Could be a good point.

The room was really big, clean and had everything. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was ok if you just are interested in casino hotels etc. but it's a bit removed from Macau's historic centre.

The friendly staff, many free shuttle bus to and from the hotel, there are many other luxury hotels around the area. The room is clean and comfort even though it is not as big as what I expect. The complimentary voucher only can used at the limited expensive restaurants.

Stylish interiors of room and the hotel. It's located very close to famous and beautiful Venetian. Hard Rock Hotel has very convenient schedule of shuttle bus service, that allowed us to go to the old city centre and ferry terminal. It was nice experience for me to have breakfast in Hard Rock Cafe. :) It was surprise to know about necessity of deposit. I think that would be better if hotel gives this information to their prospective customers in advance.

Fabulous place to stay with great attention to detail and ofcourse the legendary rock memorabilia, Hard Rock Cafe and the Rock Shops. Maybe an attendant at the Macau Ferry Terminal to guideus to the Hotel would have helped. Had trouble getting a cab to the City of Dreams.

Design of the room is unique and spacious. Room is very well maintained. Friendly staff. The fragrance in the lift is too strong and may be uneasy for some guests who are sensitive.
