Have a 3 casino but have a so much smoke!!! I was stay too much time in macau, This hotel is soo much expencive and don't have anymore from others. You can chose cheaper one.

I like the spacious room with 2 double bed which we can have a good rest after a whole day tour. Another compliment to the bathroom which is very clean and big. The lobby is a bit smelly due to the smoke from the casino which the entrance just right next to the lobby lift.

I arrived at the hotel at around 2pm however I could not check in to 1 of my room reason given is it is not ready, however they upgrade me to superior room for my stay, overall experience was great

The hotel have the Casino inside and the hotel locate at central of Macau. You may try the cheap & nice chinese restaurant opposite the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel abit old and the hot water in bath room will take 2-3 minute only can get it hot. The hotel still using 16" CRT TV. Macau hotel is very expensive during weekend, I suggest you may stay in HK and just take turbojet to Macau without staying in Macau. This can save more money for shoping.

отель видимо довольно старый. виднуо что мебель не новая но хотя в приличном состоянии. Мы приехали в 13.30 нас заселили сразу не дожидаясь 14 часов а вот нашего друга только после 15! Несмотря на то что check in в 14.00.

O Hotel sempre esta com mal cheiro de cigarro, principalmente no Lobby principal, logo na chegada ao hotel já apresenta este horrivel "cheiro". O Ar-condicionado não funciona direito, o quarto fica quente o tempo todo. O banheiro não funcionava direito, a torneira da banheira estava quebrada, ou seja vc tinha que escolher entre tomar banho a 75oC ou a 18oC... A reserva realizada no site de nada adiantou pois os quartos já nao estavam diponiveis, e ainda queriam cobrar à mais pois seria utilizado outros tipos de quarto. Escolhi este hotel pelo renomando nome em todo o mundo, Principalmente porque estive no Holiday Inn de sp (Anhembi) e no hi de Guangzhou (China) e o serviço e os quartos e todos os quesitos são excelentes, não entendo como uma rede de hoteis tão renomanda deixa um hotel naquele estado;

地點還算方便 接待人員也OK 網路還要錢買 超級誇張 沒有WIFI我暈死了 打電話給客服要紅酒開瓶器 明明已經聽懂中文 還要我用英文講一次 真是故意刁難....還好老娘會^^
