Front desk check-in was quick and efficient. Concierge and assisting staff were extremely kind, patient and friendly. Rooms were a good size. Location was also very good 10minute walk to Senado Square

The entire hotel had a horrible stale old smoke smell, including the rooms. The rooms were very outdated and need a revamp. Lots of stains on the bathroom floor which looked very unpleasant. The pick-up coach driver at the Ferry Station directed us to the wrong bus. He didn't seem very interested in being disturbed from relaxing and thus we ended up first going to the wrong hotel - Holiday Inn Cotai instead of Holiday Inn City Centre. The pick-up point at the Ferry Terminal needs to be more clear for travelers.

Actually i did not like the hotel and i was in the process of contacting booking.com so here you are; 1 Hotel does not reflect what your pictures show on the internet 2 Swimming pool like a fish bowl 3 you do not say you have to pay for the spa? annoying....! 4 chinese guests smoking and spitting in the lift 5 Breakfast included in room rate - when we come to check out they try and charge us for it - took 20 mins and three managers later to get my point across - also annoying! 6 The bar staff and other staff were friendly - the counter staff were not!! 7 hidden costs on bill which were not stated on the booking page

Please booking.com, i have been using you for a long time but this hotel is just not as you say it is, the pictures give a grand feeling and there is nothing grand at all about it, hidden and extra costs were very annoying as there are so many other hotels i could of booked with better facilities. Sort it out or othwer people including myself will book with other companies...

Every where is smokes . Even I can't stay in lobby for more than minute because of smoke from casino entrance . Even curtain in rooms was not proper, can't closed perfectly . I lost ally trip , no need anyone memories . Location is too poor .

in your booking information it said free shuttle from hong kong -macau ferry terminal.I understood that the free shuttle is from hong kong to macau and this is missleading info.You should write from hong kong -macau ferry terminal to the hotel.

The location of the place is quite good. Near to the historic center and not too far from the new, luxuries hotels in the island.

The whole place was smelling of smoking, the staff in the front desk was kind of rude during the check-in. They were busy but it's not the guests fault. You can pay a little bit more (since this hotel is not that cheap) and move to a real 4 stars hotel.

The only complaint is at our rooms were not ready when we arrived at 3.30pm and then offered a smoking room. If checkin time is 3.00pm then the room should be available.

lobby的员工还不错,问路都有给我很好的解答.

房间冷气不冷,厕所一直塞,酒店员工来了2次,结果还是一样.没有帮我们收拾房间,要叫才会来收.

Der Ausblick aus dem Hotel auf die gegenüberliegenden Häuser ist ziemlich schauderhaft, speziell im Bad war die Einrichtung desolat, Schimmel in den Ecken und mangelhafte Reinigung - trotz vergleichsweise günstigen Preises zuviele negative Punkte

가격 대비 전체적인 부분에서 모두 만족하였습니다.

담배냄새가 조금 납니다.
