One of the best hotels i've stayed at. Excellent service and very grand - even the standard room was amazing. The hotel personalises your stay with the staff recognising you and adressing you by your name - a great stay and highly recommended! |

the hotel was really good, the rooms and the food was good. worth staying and having experience of this hotel it would have been better, if breakfast would have been included in the room rate. |

excellent hotel staff, had a very pleasant stay! hotel location is close to city centre, the only downside of this hotel is the dining experience is very limited. |

smell in the lobby; gold and cream color scheme is very elegant; room was very clean and orderly; sauna and steam room was great; staff very polite. It would've been nice if they had instructions for using the DVD player in the room. |

Bed and pillows very luxurious. The pool and spas were empty, the staff said it was too cold to swim. I would have liked to been notified, as we chose this hotel because of the pool. Also the piped music in the corridors and outtdoor areas was too loud and played 24 hrs, keeping us awake. |

Everything! The hotel is very new, clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff are excellent. The only improvement I can say is that they could use a better shuttle bus from the ferry to the hotel. |

Very nice hotel, the room is spacious and very comfortable. They provide shuttle to Venetian Hotel for free. The hotel is a bit far from the city, it's hard to find food around. Casino is very small. |

街の中心地に徒歩圏内だが、ホテルが豪華で綺麗なのに、周りの環境があまりよくない（ゴミゴミしてて汚い）。 客室の設備やスタッフサービスは素晴らしかった。 デラックスルームだったからか、事前にメールでチェックインインフォメーションが届き、エステの予約など受けてくれた。 カジノ客の喫煙率が高く煙っており、カジノからのタバコの煙がロビーにももれて臭かった。 『シティーヴューがお薦め』だとゲストレビュー見て予約したが、昼間の景色は汚く、夜のイルミネーションも悪趣味であまり綺麗だとは思えなかった。レストランの室温が低すぎて寒かった。 事前のチェックインインフォメーションを２人分メールで送ったのに、友人のメールアドレスなど改めて記入するよう要求された。 |

チェックインの際、すぐにウェルカムフルーツを差し入れていいかとの話があったのですが、子供が眠っていたため少し待って欲しいと伝えました。夕方になってフロアに居たスタッフに依頼すると、「そのようなサービスは無い」との回答でフロントデスクにも確認してもらいましたが同様の回答でそれっきりでした。。 |
