Hotel bien équipé, personnel agréable et très serviable, belle vue pour les chambres côté baie. Petit déjeuner moyen par rapport à d'autres hotels en Asie de même catégorie, et hotel manquant un peu d'animation par rapport aux autres hotels plus centraux de Macao . |

Amabilité de la part des hotesses à la réception.Très bonne cuisine, ce qui est appréciable quand on connait la réputation de la restauration de la chaine ACCOR.... La situation de l'hotel par rapport aux points d'intérets de la ville. L'hotel est trop excentré. |

c'est tout simplement magnifique,je voyage pour affaires aux 4 coin du monde,mais ces prestations sont plus que rares,super accueil,et l'étage exécutive as un service sans failles.Bien du petit déjeunes au buffet international ....... je recommande vivement |

There were many eateries nearby and within walking distance to the City central. The Hotel decor was plush and the room offered a comfortable stay. Communication between staff of Ponte membership club and the hotel front desk staff was found wanting. I wanted to redeem an additional night stay at the hotel with my membership points but the hotel's reception staff were either not helpful or had no knowledge of the procedures. On the contrary, the membership counter staff were extremely helpful and patient. In the end, they helped resolve our problem. |

We were interested in seeing the historic landmarks of Macau, and this magnificent hotel was situated within comfortable walking distance of the 'old area'. All the staff from reception, ferry terminal, restaurant and bars were efficient, friendly and very helpful. |

I loved everything about the Sofitel Macau. The staff were exceptional. The decor and furnishings were very luxurious. The rooms were fantastic as was the pool. The buffet was just wonderful. Absolutely nothing. It exceeded my expectations. I would definitely go there again. |

We had a nice room with a view to the river. Ony one restaurant in this big hotel, and that was the same restaurant as the breakfast room.Everything in the room was very tecnical and too complicated to opreate. Like the curtains, the shower, the TV , the lights etc. Everything had a remote control, some of which were not working. |

The check-in staff were extremely friendly and the room was extremely well kept. The room is definitely value for money. The hotel needs to expand its cocktail options and maybe get a dj/live music next to the swimming pool to create some atmosphere. |
