Lack of areas to socialise - only one bar which is too little for a large hotel. Smoking - casino far too smoky to stay too long.

The whole stay was an awesome experience. Everything from checking in until check out time was handled in a most professional manner . the transfers from ferry to hotel and back were great too . definitely refer friends to stay there .

Cigarette smell at the lobby area. Hotel should use a dehumidifier to keep the air humid and filtrate the bad odors Free bus shuttle only to & fro Terminal ferry or Border Gate. Should provide free shuttle to & fro macau airport

I like the style of this hotel. Most other 5* hotels in Macau are so big and excessive that it is vulgar. Sofitel is a big hotel but manages to keep a good style. I liked everything else also... the location, the staff, the food, the pool... everything.

At first, we did not like the location. But the fact that it is at the end of Almeida...., makes it very tempting for us to walk around, instead of taxi all the time. Not good value for money for our trip because it was the Golden Week weekend and the room rate was inflated. For a change, our friends and I got to see the part of Macau seldom visited.

The surrounding is the old side of Macau, but the river view compensates this. The lobby was tastefully built but too many flowers complicate the overall look. The fragrance used in the hotel overall, especially the lobby, has a very pungent smell, not easy to accept.

The club lounge service was truly the best I have ever experienced - as was the breakfast there!

The Hotel is nicely located to tourist attractions, but not the Coitai Strip. They had a shuttle to wherever you needed to go including the Ferry Dock at the outer harbor. The memorabilia was nice and the music was great at the Michael Jackso0n Café. The room was really nice and the view very nice

Very stylish hotel. Nice comfortable rooms. Free internet. Short walk into city center. Professional and helpful staff.

When booking, I requested a room with a double bed, but on check in, they only had twin rooms available, but I think this is a problem with booking.com's system. As this piece of info never seems to reach the hotel, as I am always asked if I want a double or a twin when I check in.

The hotel was clean and the decor was very tasteful.

I like design and Material 's Hotel.They look chic and charming .We can go get some local food and we can walk around this town by the way i love room type and smell in Hotel.It make me feel like relaxing

Everything about Sofitel Macau Ponte 16 is superb . All the staff were friendly and accomodating. It made our stay worth memorable and unforgettable.

I like to stay at Sofitel Macau coz it's very near to go to Senado Square, only take around 10' to go there. The atmosphere of the Lobby hotel is so beautiful, full with flowers!!

I'm not comfortabble coz there are no facility from the airport to the hotel and contrary.

We enjoyed our stay at sofitel, a good choice if you want a luxury hotel experience in Macau but dont want to stay on the Cotai strip. Close to the old portuguese part of Macau which is great for walking around. Staff friendly and service superb. We also enjoyed touring the MJ gallery!

The perfume smell in the hallways is sometimes overwhelming. Food at buffet was decent but not superb and occasionally cold.

Good location for a city trip. 10 mins walk to the city centre. The room is comfortable & staff are nice and helpful.

Great hotel even it is huge. Staff was extremely polite, no waiting time at check in or check out even a lot of people. Wonderful rooms with few over Old Macau. Nothing to complain about that hotel.

Check inn , in 17 floor, nice, perfect service and excelent attn..! Rooms , class design..! SERVICE; DONT REMEMBER BETTER IN LOOOONG TIME ..!!! Reasonable location. ... accessible to many tourist spots and casinos. Clean room is plus to your hotel.

While u ve nice and clean hotel room, your casino located on the ground floor is too polluted with smoke. Although it is smoking area, but u can provide better ventilation to clear the air.....making it bearable to non smokers.
