I liked more and less everything aðbout this hotel.

No Wifi. Nowadays, (2013) Wifi is a must.

Good location and quiet rooms

swimming pool is late morning and early afternoon

The convenient to major casino and to heart of the city it's clean and convenient even by foot

No coffee house for some like meal or music lounge

Room is very quiet and could have a good night sleep after a day trip.

Room is clean but furniture a little old. Convenient to eateries.

Hotel located in the middle of city, quite far away from attraction places, rooms are clean & big.

Front desk unfriendly, not helpful, take longer time to check in

A very nice hotel in the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All the toiletries are provided. Walking distance to sightseeing places like Senado Square and St Paul Ruin. Convenient as 7-11 store just opposite the hotel. Best of all is free shuttle mini bus provided by the hotel to ferry terminal and vice versa, it save me lots of traveling expenses. Highly recommended hotel.

Would be a plus point if got wifi connection inside the room but you can go to lobby anytime to surf the net. Hotel provide sitting area and few units of computer for free internet surfing.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Cleanliness of the hotel.

The staff locked the refrigerator in the room in front of the guests . We are frequent travellers we understood that its require payment. However, I feel its not good to demonstrate such in front of guest.

Excellent hotel, High quality and clean rooms, comfortable beds. The room has a remote that controls all the lights and other electronics in the room. The bathroom is one of the best I've seen

Hotel staff was friendly and acted fast upon arrival. They did not hesitate to attend to my needs during check in, checkout and even request for plaster. Hotel room was clean, big, comfortable and had soothing music. A lot of variety of channels on TV. Room facilities were sufficient.

No wifi in room, only on the main lobby. Staff came in to lock the fridge as I did not have sufficient cash for deposit (despite them having my credit card details). We couldn't buy our own drinks and store in the fridge.

We had a pleasant stay in Metropark.. the hotel is clean and rooms are in very good condition. It is a comfortable place to stay and very near to interesting areas of the city.

Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Staff efficient and rooms clean, big and well-kept. Very handy for downtown Macau and the ferry terminal. Excellent value for the money.

Not enough chairs around pool and hot tub not very hot. That's all!

Shuttle bus only starts at 8.30am, WiFi is not free in every room. Showerhead is too small and not detachable.
