Near town area, easy access to eatery house Hotel is fine. However I've made some special request through your booking which you did not indicate. Thanks to the friendly and helpful hotel staff, it was resolved. I hope your company can forward customer's request to the hotel. |

the location is very good, near to senado square and many of casino the room is not much clean anyway, it is not dirty. no complimentary drinking water. the room is not big comparing with other hotels |

Short walking distance to Senado Square,St.Paul Ruined, New Yaohan, Lisboa Casino and other tourist's attractions. The bed was so hard and most of the hotel's staffs couldn't speak english. |

Approachable staff & clean room. Location is also accessible to malls and market We were not able to sleep well. We heard noises near our room on the . It seems that room repairs are going on. |

Convenient location Our rooms were entered by the hotel staff on 2 occassions. The first occassion occured around 4pm when we have checked in and there was miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping, thus the hotel staff opened our hotel room when we were in the room. |

The location is very convenient. It is just a stone's throw away from Senado Square and the casinos. The problem is that the hotel is not that spick and span. The bed cushions are very firm. The room is also very small. |

i like how spacious the room was. i also like its location. a lot. one, it has an old building smell. i had rhinitis during our stay. two, it didn't have any windows. three, room service didn't know how to speak English so she hung up on me when i called. |
