The location was good. Many shopping areas in close vicinity. The shuttle bus service was an advantage. Communicating with the staff was slightly difficult. Very few of them spoke and understood english. The hotel tariff was over priced for the services provided. In reality the rooms looked very different from the images on booking.com.

Really good position, near the main tourist sites of the old colonial city. The price is lower than other hotels but the structure is not so good. If you have to spend only a few days it could be ok. If you are a gambler or you love nightlife probably Taipa is better...

Location of the hotel is the best.Very convenient to go any where from the hotel. Senado square, Mac D, Yaohan Departmental store, 7-Eleven and many more shops just around the corner.

The room is quite spacious. Great location as we can easily go to senado square within few minutes walking distance. New yaohan is located opposite the hotel. They even provide free shuttle service. The hotel staffs are very helpful. The mattress is very hard. Otherwise, ok.

People at the front desk are courteous accommodating. Hotel is clean. Location is very good since it is walking distance from Senado Square where good shops are located. There is a need for the staff in the front desk to learn more the English Language so they will not have a hard time understanding and communicating with foreigners.

The one i liked Metropole most is its location, where it is very close to Secedo's squre around 3 minuted walk causing we could spend our time effectively sightseeing in the down town area. No internet access

The location of the Hotel is fantastic, walking distance to some tourist areas and also walking distance to a range of casinos. Accommodation in Macau is expensive, thus for the price I paid, it was suitable in comparison to much higher prices.

I like the location cause it just at the town, every way I go is so convenience. The price of the room rate is a bit expensive during we stay during week day, if there is a discount for those who stay before I think a lot of customer will come back again.

Hotel's central location is the only good thing about Metropole The bed mattress was too hard and a bit uncomfortable. While they have provided for tea kettle, tea bags / sugar/ creamer were missing. They can improve upon the same.

Good location as it is located just in the city center where we can walk to Senado Square in only 5 minutes. Many buses pass through this area. In addition, Galaxy and Starworld shuttle bus-stops are loacated just in front of the hotel.

It's location is fantastic. Just 3 min walk to Senado Square and main shopping area. Also convenient walk to Casina Lisboa and Wynn. Free shuttle to Ferry terminal. Hotel is really a basic 3-star setup. No frills. Room size is decent, bed is very hard and that's coming from a person who likes firm matress! The rate is really for the convenience and proximity of the hotel rather than anything else.
