Nothing but the location Im normally rare make complain about the hotel, but this hotel has really nothing make me impressed at all. Room was very dirty, aircon ceiling was very dusty, bathroom so dirty as well, its like a thousand years old hotel, staff is cant speak english at all, and smell of the carpet is very bad, its not worth of your money at all, for the price of this hotel selling, I rather top up some more and stay either at venetian or galaxy hotel. Its not recomended at all !

Everything in rooms need to be replaced such as carpet, old bath tub, pot, TV and old fridge. The reservation staff need to be more helpful to hotel customers.

Hotel location. Convenient to walk around, close to bus station and convenient store just around the corner. Hotel facilities quite run down. Floor carpet quite dirty, seems like never clean before.

The rooms are clean, excellent services especially the staff always make sure that your priority is their goal, so far i can say is the best hotel i have stay in Macau which makes me like being at home, and will also like to thank the entire the front receptionist ,staff and the house keepers who are always at my service when ever i need something.

I'm very impressed with the hotel and it's facility, but there is only one thing they lack or need to improve is about their English language, not all the stuff can speak English and those who understand it is just a little.... But is an excellent hotel, clean and high speed internet I will love to stay there some other time again. The floors looked like they'd never been cleaned, thd taps in the bathtoom didn't turn off, and needed to be fixed, the top of the toilet wasn't even on, the beds were so hard and there was not a single PowerPoint. The kettle was hardwired into the wall! And the kettle looked like it had been burned. Overall a terrible experience.

性价比较高，工作人员的服务态度也很不错，我们三男两女本来定的两个标间，男生间打算再加一间床的，后来工- 作人员给调了个三人间，住得很舒适。 地理位置也很不错，周边商业小吃很多，离大三巴景点15-20分钟的距离，很方便。

寝れた。外で寝るよりはまし。 ベッドメイキングがされていなく、ベッド小便がこぼれていた。部屋も全く掃除機がかけられていなく、冷蔵庫- もカビ臭かった。正直二度と利用することはない。東南アジアの一泊500,600円のゲストハウスの方がまだましだ。

Sentral beliggenhet med masse restauranter, butikker i den mer Kinesiske delen av Macau. Det var også gangavstand til sentrum og masse busser som gikk til alle deler av Macau. Kopper på rommet ble ikke vasket.

La ubicacion es bastante centrica...tiene supermercado y restaurantes buenos y economicos muy cerca del hotel, las ruinas de san paul, estan muy cerca, se puede llegar comodamente a pie, y de ahi se puede hacer la ruta turistica en mi caso llegamos hasta la torre de macao a pie... Las habiataciones estaba bastante sucia, la recepcion es muy bonita, pero las habiataciones son otra historia...no tienen internet, no tienen desayuno...

Bangkok, 26 01 2011, Das Personal an der Rception war sehr zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer: 1. Teppich schmudelig, 2. Eisschrank magels Knopf nicht verstellbar,3.Tischlampe: Birne war defekt, wurde dann nach einigen Anläufen gewechselt.4. In der Badewanne, die auch als Dusche dients fehlt eine Antirutschmatte: sehr gefährlich. Habe ich an der Reception gemeldet, allerdings ohne Erfolg.

Картонные стены. Слышны разборки в китайской семье) Отель реально засран. В ковровом покрытие въевшаяся грязь. Номер грязный. В душе гряно. На полу волосы. По английски понимают очень плохо. Если бы знал- остановился б в другом отеле.
