Location is good. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. My parent and the children enjoyed the buffet breakfast included in the room very much. Free shutter bus provided in every 30 minutes to Rus do Regedor (where you catch a bus to Coloane), Venetian, City of dreams and ferry terminal. If you would like to use the free shutter bus provided by Galaxy hotel, for your safety, make sure you use the zebra crossing.

Great location and staff are friendly Hotel with reasonable price,buffet breakfast Included and the location is convenient. I checked in really late but the staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms are old but were big ,very clean and the beds were very comfortable,specially was seaview. We enjoyed the stay ,a few minutes walk to The Galaxy for food, fun and shopping.

Very good location, just opposite Galaxy Resort which has a free shutter bus to Venetian Resort / Hotel. Enjoy the convenience of Cotai resorts with value for money stay at this hotel with good breakfast. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful to guide us to direct ferry to Hong Kong Airport.

It is abit far from the town.. But it's quite convenient to go town by hotel's shutter bus.. and I think this hotel should provide WiFi service for customers.. They should aware that many travellers are not local and may need WiFi to connect with their family... Tq

The location is across the Galaxy, which means there is access to a wide range of free transportation through the Galaxy free shuttle buses. The room is also of decent size, and the bed was comfortable.

The restaurant that was open during the day is set up to serve only Chinese-speaking guests. There were no English menus. When we asked help from the waiters, we got surly reactions. It almost felt like they were annoyed that they had to find someone who could help us out in English. The single waitress who could manage some English was too unfriendly to help us find something to eat from the menu. We ended up leaving and finding food somewhere else, even when we were so hungry. The hotel should make non-Chinese guests aware that their restaurant cannot serve non-Chinese-speakers. The concierge was virtually useless too for getting taxis. They just give a standard response - wait for the shuttle. The shuttle goes every 30 minutes, which is not frequent enough to replace the need for taxis when one needs to get out fast (like when you're very hungry). The reception staff were not helpful either. When asked about the restaurant and taxi problems, they only say sorry. Nothing else.

(1) Hotel is in the city, there's a free shuttle to some hotspots like ferry jetty & city of dreams - this is a plus point (2) Hotel is in front of GALAXY MACAU (6* hotel). The best part is My room view was in front of this hotel so the night view is damn beautiful with the beautiful lights N laser beam from this hotel. Felt like staring at it the whole night.

NIL - All services meet expectation. My only wish is that the price could be a bit lower / cheaper but considering the location, i guess the price that i get is still an affordable rate for a solo travellers. I enjoyed Macau very muchhh...

Amongst the hotels in Taipa, had a reasonable price.. Still expensive, but cheaper than the big Hotel-casinos

Nasty room that smelt of stale tobacco when it was supposed to be non smoking. Reception staff that were inattentive. No internet whatsoever in rooms and only cable in business centre and even that was chargeable at $40 per hour. In short dreadful.

The twin room that I and my husband stayed for 3 nights is clean nice even though is a smoke room the smell of the room is good.The house keeping is very nice and accomodated to my request.The night that we arrived the receptionist is very accomodated and friendly also the bellboy is nice and easy to understand what we are talking about.The Buffet breakfast is very good also the cook incharge in sunny side up egg.Everytime I look at him he always smile.But the indian guy in the front door of the hotel is so arrogant.my husband take a nap on the sofa near reception area because his waiting for me then when I came the indian guy told me to wake up my husband, so arrogant the way he talked.my husband is sitting and so tried because of the tour and waiting for me.But I will stay again in this Hotel because the hotel is cheap but beautiful and good.

The Room is Clean and nice location and I include the buffet breakfast in my package.The food is plenty and yummy.

Rooms are big enough for the kids to play around the bed.

Unti 10-11pm, it is VERY noisy, impossible to sleep. There is a room, maybe a casino, that plays techno music out loud.

location was good 15 to 20 minutes walk from venetian n 30 min walk from city of dreams, hotel has free shuttle every 30 min to ferry terminals n to venetian. breakfast is good n included in tarriff.

internet is not free they charge 40 $ hk for an hour no coffee /sugar sachets were provided in the room.

I will not stay again .because 1- far from the city 2- they charge me money more than the booking online 3- food not good enough

Good option if you dont want to pay for beautiful hotel gardens, colorful illuminations and other fireworks outside.

Finally we had to catch some taxi ourselves, hotel reception was trying to call but no success.

I like most the location and the comfort and silence of the place. It's cheap and the place is clean!

We just a problem in taking a taxi to the airport. We had to walk to the Galaxy Hotel to get one. Maybe, the hotel can provide a shuttle bus to the airport.

The lift lobby & the corridor to the room without air-condition,making the lift and corridor very hot.
